Our facilities will not operate as usual, as our hotel prepares for the big New Year's Eve; For this reason, some services and schedules will be affected. We detail them below:

GYM: Temporarily closed from December 21st and January 11th, 2024
SPA: Temporarily closed on December 25th, 26th, 31st, 2023 and January 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 2024
BREAKFAST: Temporarily closed on December 25th, 26th, 31st, 2023 and January 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2024.
DINNER SERVICE: Temporarily closed on December 1st, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 24th, 2023.
RESTAURANT: Temporarily closed on December 25th, 26th and 31st and January 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2024 and on January 4th open only for diner.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Escanearon mi dni violando la proteccion de datos. La emoleada ni me contesto cuando se lo dije

El colchon estaba destrozado. Completamente deformado en forma de u. Imposible dormir. Habian puesto una colcha para que no te claves literalmente los muelles. El empleado de la noche se nego a cambiarme de habitacion diciendo que no era cosa suya

No funcionaba la wifi, conectaba pero imposible cobertura. I operativa

El telefono para llamar a desde la habitacion tampoco funcionaba

La silla del escritotio era una silla plegable de playa. Muy incomoda para trabajar

El aire ruidoso y de splits. Horrible

Al dia sigue a la 1.30 de la mañana fiesta de alemanes en la piscina. Ruidos por todos lados

El desayuno zumo de naranja de brick. Pedi leche desnatada y en tres dias a pesar de prometer que la traerian no cumolieron a pesr de que el desayuno vale unos 16 euros. Vetgonzoso. Todas las mesas sucias.

Jamas volvere a este hotel. Ni de broma se acerca a ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ni por los empleados. Ni por las instalaciines ni por el servicio. Nunca mas. Muy disgustado e insatisfecho.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor het circuit Alcarras
Pros:

Locatie is tegenover supermarkt en restaurants...goede uitval als je gaat rijden op het circuit van Alcarras...je kan veilig je auto parkeren op de private parking

Cons:

De waterkoker was wel aan vernieuwing toe en het kluisje werkte niet

Goede locatie, maar het is verouderd en niet meer in verhouding met de prijs die gevraagd word

Op een top locatie en met een mooi groot parkeer terrein

Cons:

Het is oud aan het worden en veel zaken werken minder en zijn niet zo mooi meer. Het heet 4 sterren, maar dat is het niet meer waard, het is niet genoeg waar voor je geld. Als ze dit willen blijven vragen voor een verblijf moet er echt wat aan het hotel vernieuwen, of minder vragen voor een bezoek en het als budget optie zien. Voor een 4 steren mag je toch ook verwachten dat meer personeel enigzins engels spreekt, maar dat zijn er nog steeds niet veel

Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno.
El personal muy agradable y comprometido.
La habitacion muy comoda. Teniamos agua tambien en la nevera.
Desayuno completo, muy Bueno, con mucha variedad.
El SPA, sin palabras. Muy completo, acojedor.. el chico nos trató súper bien.
Salimos el SPA a la hora del check out, no nos pusieron problemas para poder ducharnos tranquilamente e irnos. Gracias!!!
Unas instalaciones increïbles, para que los niños tambien puedan disfrutar.

Cons:

El jacuzzi de la habitacion estaba sucio, el filtro lleno de pelos… Teniamos una habitacion cuádruple, las camas no estaban bien hechas, ni estiradas las sabanas. Solo en una cama habia nordico…?
Tampoco nos tenian en la habitacion la camita y bebedero y comedero del perrito (aunque luego se lo pedimos, y nos dieron una cama pequeña para el, y un cuenco para agua…..).
En el desyuno, la mantequilla caducada del mes de febrero’26.

séjour pas exceptionnel mais agréable et correct
Pros:

le lit était très grand et confortable
le petit déjeuner était très bon et complet. la personne qui s'occupait des petits déjeuners était souriante et agréable
le repas à la brasserie de l'hôtel était bon et le personnel souriant et efficace

l'abattant des wc était cassé
la poubelle dans la chambre était cassée
la chambre manquait de rangement
