Lovely place to stay with easy rail transport to London
Pros:

Room great and pub lovely. Food very good and service friendly. Location great.

A peaceful stay with exceptional food.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Crown and Greyhound in Dulwich. The rooms are comfortable, welcoming and equipped with everything you need. We slept extremely well, and it was wonderfully quiet both during the day and at night.

Breakfast was perfect—a real highlight of our stay. The hotel’s pub is a lovely place to relax, and the food in the restaurant is excellent.

Dulwich is a beautiful, peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood with a charming atmosphere. Travelling into central London by taxi was easy and convenient, making this a lovely base for enjoying the city while staying somewhere calm and relaxing.

Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!

A beautiful building, nice location and quality feeling room
Pros:

Lovely building, off street parking available (limited, but available.)
Lovely room, comfy bed and nice, clean bathroom.
Lovely to have fridge in the room and decent sized bath towels.
Toiletries provided smelled lovely.
Burger, Basque cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding served in restaurant, all lovely.

Cons:

Quite a few of the light bulbs in the room didn’t work: bedside light, lamp on desk.
We could check in from 3pm, booked dinner for 6pm (Sunday,) quite a few ingredients of roast dinner were sold out by this time, meaning we couldn’t have.
Lift out of service - no prior warning, though multiple reminders about stay sent via text/e mail, so this could have been shared ahead of arrival.

Nice comfortable rooms with good breakfast, parking and good transport links to London.
Pros:

Great location for accessing the theatre district in London whilst remaining south of the river.
Really nice individual rooms and good breakfast.
Parking an added bonus!

Cons:

Nothing - rebooking parking would be a reassuring step but we had a space so it worked out fine!

Felt luxurious, special and a little bit different. Perfect for our visit it East Dulwich
Pros:

Everything. The accommodation was fantastic. There were 4 of us, 2 had very comfortable Beds on the lower floor and we had a huge bed in the upper floor. There was air con so it was not hot ( it was a heatwave). We all loved it and wished we were staying longer

I could not wait for the time to end. It was a very unpleasant place to stay.
Pros:

The room was exceedingly small and dark. There was no staff available to help with temperature controls, lack of WiFi, operation of the coffee machine, and general sense of being acknowledged or greeted. Staff spoke to me only when I asked a question.
I never knew who was in charge - if anyone.
The cleaning ladies answered some questions and supplied additional toilet paper when asked.

Cons:

Lack of personal touch. It was as if no one cared about guests. We were just anonymous people who passed through the bar area.
I met the so-called manager on the morning I left. This happened only because I approached him where he was standing at the bar with a computer. I asked for a final tally of costs and told it was not possible.
He never made an attempt to greet me or wish me a good stay. No one ever asked if I needed anything. I would nor recommend this hotel or any hotels belonging to this group.

Highly Enjoyable Stay in Dulwich
Pros:

Room was very welcoming. It was spacious, clean, appeared freshly decorated, very well laid out with mirrors (one full length), dressing table, plentiful electric/usb sockets, fridge with complimentary waters, and an efficient air conditioning unit. Plus a good tea/coffee/milk/biscuit selection to accompany the kettle and SMEG coffee pod machine.

Cons:

Nothing springs to mind.
