Very clean and well equipped.
Communication was poor, we left an item in the room by mistake and called to see if it was still in the room, and did not receive any call back, and it was very hard to claim back our lost property, we never did get it back.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and ideal for our purpose.
The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night! Totally disrupted our nights sleep. Didn’t have a clue what to do! Fortunately found a member of staff who advised us it was not a fire.
Very disturbing and completely ruined the following day when we had a long journey.

The room was FAR smaller than the photos. We were in room 14 which felt like a disused cleaners cupboard had been converted to a room. TV was very outdated, no smart features
Room was the furthest away from ground level, on the highest floor and no lifts. We are both over 60 and had a heavy case to haul up to room. No help or offer.
