Need a better management
Pros:

Good location and nice room. But need a better maintenance and management.

Cons:

No hot water for shower, bad WiFi, no towels ready in the room. Bedsheet not clean. Poor quality for pillows. Staff not professional and not able to fix complaints efficiently.

Touch the Peaky Blinders
Pros:

I have to highlight the very kind and helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very nice — I appreciated the comfortable bed and the hot shower. The bar makes great drinks and serves excellent coffee. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the market and the beach.

Cons:

Clean the dust behind the TV and unclog the drain in the shower 😂

Pros:

Staff is polite and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Location is great. Quite safe and lively environment.

Cons:

The hangout area on the rooftop wasn't cleaned up properly. The tables and chairs had dust. The Eating area wasn't cleaned up. Also there were no tissue papers provided there.
The Mixed Dorm bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working.

Very disappointing stay – dirty room, no privacy, noisy parties, water not working properly, no breakfast, and my refund
Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The water in the shower didn’t work properly and kept stopping while I was using it. There was a loud party right outside my room, and people were constantly walking past the window, so there was no privacy unless the curtains were fully closed. The room was also quite dirty and dusty. I honestly don’t understand how this property has such high ratings.
There was no breakfast provided, and because of the noise and lack of comfort, I decided to leave earlier to get some rest elsewhere. I requested a refund for the unused nights, but it was not approved. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Quirky, stylish and clean hotel
Pros:

The Hotel is stylish with great attention to the decor. The room was clean with comfortable classy soft furnishings. The shower was great. Kettle and refreshments provided with refillable filtered water and a hair dryer on request.

Cons:

The repetitive and extremely loud pumping techno beats coming from reception during the day and late into the evening. It was at a ridiculous volume and not to everyone’s taste I would imagine. It’s really not suitable for this venue, as we booked a hotel not a rave. Take it over the road to the hostel maybe.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Whoopers! The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality of Shivam. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, taking the time to make us feel welcome and cared for. His effort and kindness really made all the difference. We’re really grateful to him and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Will definitely be back!
