This place was great, no longer offers breakfast but was absolutley brilliant room was very spacious and super clean. The beds where very comfortable and toilet was a great size. I normally book somewhere else across the road but will be booking here from now on the price the location are brilliant definetly 10 out of 10 for me

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

C'è stata una grande disponibilità da parte del personale, sia durante il check-in che durante il check-out. La stanza nonostante le piccole dimensioni era vivibile per un breve soggiorno. Posizione fantastica, abbastanza vicina a Buckingam palace e Victoria's station.
Nonostante il ventilatore in stanza ho avuto difficoltà a dormire per via del caldo. La finestra si poteva aprire solo parzialmente, non lasciando entrare aria fresca la sera.

Great location, bathroom very clean and renovated, good shower, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Tv. No bugs.
You have to pay for luggage storage which makes the price less competitive. The main staircase is very shabby and old with old ugly carpets. The room was luckily much better but the carpet was old and stained. You have to carry your suitcase up the narrow staircase. A bit hot in room despite fan in summer.

Great location near Victoria station. Easy to get around the city.
We were able to leave our baggage at the hotel before check in, although this was at a cost of £5/bag.
There was a fan in the room which was great during the hot weather.
Great shower.
We were disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available as it was one of our reasons for booking that hotel. We were told before arrival that there were refurbishments going on.
We were given the opportunity to cancel our stay. But couldn’t find anything else in the price range.
It wasn’t an issue, though as we found breakfast nearby.
