Pros:

Ottima posizione, il servizio in reception h24 molto utile anche per il check-in. Stanza non grandissima ma confortevole e completa di tutto, pulita e attrezzata (da sottolineare il cambio asciugamanti quotidiano e dei prodotti per il bagno). Nella nostra stanza era possibile ricaricare i dispositivi tramite ingresso USB e USB-C!

Cons:

Solo darei come consiglio alla reception di invitare gli ospiti a mantenere un'attenzione ai rumori nelle ore notturne, in quanto la struttura non permette un isolamento acustico.. non sempre basta l'educazione

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla stazione Victoria, con supermercati, pub e negozi nelle vicinanze. Personale gentilissimo e reception aperta 24 ore su 24. Camera semplice ma comoda, pulita e riordinata ogni mattina. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi visita Londra e cerca un posto dove riposare dopo una giornata in giro. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Posizione comoda ma serve enorme capacità di adattamento

Posizione ottima per visitare la città vicino alla stazione e ai vari mezzi.
Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno

Cons:

Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà, camera estremamente piccola quasi claustrofobica piena di polvere, tende sporche e appese con le graffette.
Telecomando incrostato che abbiamo dovuto disinfettare noi, tv microscopica, finestra che non si apre più di 5 centimetri, pochissimo posto per lasciare zaini e bagagli.
Per lasciare il bagaglio in struttura qualche ora prima chiedono 10 sterline, per darti la camera già pronta in leggero anticipo 15 sterline.

Lo staff molto educato, la pulizia giornaliera compresa i cambi dei asciuga mani e telo bagno. La localizzazione fantastica.

La nostra camera si trovava nel ultimo piano e non c'è l'ascensore.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Small but a budget surprise .
Pros:

It’s very central to everything. Perfect ! Small immaculately clean hotel . Comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels. Our room had a new small bathroom perfect for us …. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The hotel was a great surprise signs of wear and tear but still clean and smart at an excellent rate . We will be returning very soon .
