Pros:

The staff is very empathetic and ready to help. The hotel is very clean. There is everything you need - hotplates, microwave, refrigerator,hot water kettle.The room is air-conditioned. The sheets and towels are absolutely clean.There is an elevator which is great for people with heavy bags and suitcases.The hotel is in the perfect location in London. Very calmly but with very easy access to anywhere in London,Stansted airport and Heathrow airport. There is a bus from Victoria Coach Station, which stops in front of the hotel. The bus to Victoria Coach Station is 200 metres away on flat streets. The hotel is 50 metres away from Earl's Court underground station. The hotel is perfect for tourists. Next time we travel to London we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Pros:

La struttura è carina, molto vicina alla metro e proprio di fronte alla fermata del bus. La stanza era pulita, molto comodo anche l’angolo “cucina”.

Localização excelente! À porta do metro e do bus e com Tesco express a 5min a pé. Tem kitchenette com frigorífico, placa e microondas.

Cons:

Nas fotos o quarto parecia maior. A higiene deixou bastante a desejar. Num dos quartos os lençóis tinham lixo e as WC tinham bolores no chuveiro, o lavatório das mãos estava sujo (com detergente seco) e havia cabelos no chão. Apesar do quarto ter sido reservado para 2 pessoas, só havia louça para 1 pessoa.

I had a very pleasant stay at Rate Kensington Stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent! Great area with easy access to everything you need in London.

The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, which made arrival very easy. I also really appreciated that my room was ready an hour earlier than expected. The early check-in from 14:00 is a big advantage, especially since many apartments in London only allow check-in after 15:00 or even 17:00.

Overall, a good stay with a great location and efficient service.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the lack of a proper plug close to the mirror for the hairdryer, which made it uncomfortable to do my hair.)

Pros:

Great location. It was really convenient. The bed was comfortable and the TV works perfectly, we used it every time we came back after exploring all day.

Cons:

When we arrived, the key was not in the box where it was supposed to be. Additionally, the WiFi provided by the staff wasn’t working, so I had to contact them twice for assistance. I had booked for two people, but there was only one cup, one plate, one spoon, and one fork available. Fortunately, we managed to make do.

Lastly, I believe there is a communication gap between the staff. Before my arrival, I requested a late check-out, and the staff member I spoke with confirmed that it was fine. However, the staff member who sent me the check-out instructions, as well as the housekeeping team, were not informed about my late check-out.

Nice location, very convenient for Earl’s Court tube.
Easy to check in and out via What’s App
A fridge in the room 👍

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner (there were a few hairs about) but very decent overall.
My window looked straight at the bins!

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do tego dostęp do mikrofali, płyty i lodówki w pokoju, więc można sobie przygotować posiłek w pokoju. Mimo dość ciasnego pokoju da się w nim komfortowo czuć.

Cons:

Dość głośno, obiekt przy ruchliwej ulicy - dla osob wrażliwych na hałas to może być problem. Do tego trafiliśmy na zepsutą windę, co przy stromych schodach było dyskomfortem dla starych rodziców.

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta,parada de bus al salir y metro en 2minutos

Cons:

Nos pusieron en el sótano sin previo aviso, allí estaban las lavadoras ,las bolsas de ropa sucia estaban por el pasillo tapando literalmente el pasillo y dificultando las entradas para la habitaciones tuvieron q mover las bolsas (nosotras)diariamente.
