Overall very good first impression. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Check-in was fast, efficient and friendly. Comfortable bed, nice towels and toiletries. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Steps from Covent Garden and a short walk to the pubs, cafes and restaurants of Soho.

Cons:

The only negative is not really having space to put your clothes. Four hooks and four hangers doesn’t really cut it. A couple of shelves would be sufficient.

Great location, good shower and lovely towels. Clean and fresh, but terrible bed and tiny room.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. The whole place was clean and fresh. Brilliant central location.

Cons:

The size of the room was tiny. It’s like Citizen M’s poor relation. It would be ok for one person with a back pack. But two middle aged adults with huge suitcases was an impossible task.
We could only open one suitcase at a time due to the size of the room.
We were on route to a long weekend wedding, so had a lot of luggage with us.
The bed was small and as hard as a brick. And the room was stifling hot, air conditioning not fit for purpose. We asked at reception for it to be checked. But it was just the same when we returned.
The TV wasn’t working as it was set at the wrong time, and the menu wouldn’t display for me to change it. I told reception about it when we checked out.
For £160 a night it was not worth it. I know London is expensive but I would at least like a comfortable bed.

Definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location.
Staff were lovely especially the 2 men on reception.

Cons:

The room a little too small, the blinds only went fully up or down.

Very comfortable and good value for money.
Pros:

Great location. Very quiet. I felt safe.

Cons:

No option for an alarm or wake up call. Used the television alarm which didn’t work properly and went off 10 minutes after the time I set so the tv system time was off.

Comfortable, clean, central. Fresh and welcoming.
Pros:

The location is great. Tiny and basic rooms but comfortable bed, beautifully clean, nice bathroom and everything you need. Staff were great. Good concept - not paying for things you don’t need if you are out all day, as we were.

Cons:

I was ok with the windowless room - it was very quiet for sleeping. But not being able to change the aircon temp meant I was too hot. I need a cool room for sleep (menopause) and the aircon is there, just not adjustable. Puts me off booking again in warmer weather.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, immer wieder ☺️
Pros:

Sehr zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und der Service im kleinen Restaurant hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind – wie bekannt – sehr klein, je nach Kategorie mit oder ohne Fenster und ohne grossen SchickSchnack. Da wir das Hotel hauptsächlich zum Schlafen genutzt haben, waren sie für uns völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! ☺️
