Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Healthy breakfast options. Location excellent for West End and tube station access. Staff were most helpful and went out of their way to deal with any slight issues.

Cons:

The smoke detector light is ridiculously bright, casts shadows. Had to tie a line and hang some clothes just to cover it and be able to sleep.

La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite , le personnel très agréable mais dommage que les chambres soient si petites

La gentillesse du personnel et leur disponibilité

Cons:

Le fait que les chambres soient vraiment minuscules . On ne peut pas ouvrir deux valises cabines en même temps et il n’y a pas de rangement prévu.
