Great location, value pricing, very small rooms.

Disappointing
Pros:

Central location

Cons:

No air conditioning when I arrived. I was told it was a problem with all the rooms in the building and was given a fan. The room was so warm it was unbearable. When I can back later that night I asked if there has been a problem with the aircon in the whole hotel and was told no that it was only a few room. When I asked to be moved as my air conditioning was still not working they said they had other rooms but they were for other guests and it would be too much hassle for them to have to clean my room to give it to another guest. This was at 11.30pm at night. I had to argue with the staff and finally got moved rooms. Very unpleasant experience. I felt I was being lied to my the reception staff to start with about the air conditioning issue and was proven right. Not acceptable

Good price and comfortable rooms in a central location.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

Although the room was small, we were expecting that having paid a good price compared to other hotels in central London.


The air conditioning was very good and needed even at the tail end of the heatwave.

Check in and check out times were decent.

Cons:

The glass door and partition between the bathroom and bedroom. Made things very awkward for a romantic break. We all need the toilet but we don’t need to be seen doing it! Make it opaque, not translucent!!

Enjoyed the central location and ac during the heatwave
Pros:

The location is unbeatable, only a couple steps away from the national gallery! the hotel itself feels new. For a solo business trip it works well but I wouldn't want to be more than one person per room. I tried two rooms, i had to change the first one because the ac didn't work (i was there during the heatwave). The first one couldn't even fit a carry on suitcase. I had to open it on the bed (didn't feel very hygienic!). The second one had a little more space to open a suitcase on the floor.

Cons:

It was fine solo, during the heatwave i didn't miss the window. For any longer trip with a companion it would be impossible.

Location and clean.

Cons:

Nice hotel but air on was locked on 18 degrees but felt like 30. Could not sleep at all and no window or anything to help. After a very hot night I went to use the shower in the morning to find it only dripping out full power and cold.

Lille men godt værelse.
Pros:

Personalet man blev mødt af var super søde og værelserne var godt indrettet trods størrelse. Der var aircondition på værelset hvilket var guld værd.

Cons:

Værelset var MEGET lille og ingen vinduer. Derudover kom vi 40 min før og skulle betale for en early check in eller vente i receptionen.

Heel goed verblijf gehad, ligging is perfect en hotel biedt een lidmaatschap waarbij je de hele dag gratis eten en drink
Pros:

De ligging. Je bent in een paar minuten lopen bij zowel Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square en alle theaters van West End.

Cons:

Het is een hele kleine kamer.
