A bit noisy (from the neighbors and the road nearby). Also some tile pieces in the pool have sharp edges - my husband cut his foot a bit because of this. But the staff immediately provided us with a first aid kit.

Il n'y a rien pour pouvoir cuisiner hormis un micro ondes. Pas de quoi nettoyer la vaisselle. Pas de sac dans les poubelles.

We were super disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The pictures online are very misleading!! The reality is completely different. The hotel is not well maintained, and everything felt old and worn out, except for the bed, which seemed to be the only new thing. Definitely not what we expected, and we wouldn’t stay here again.

1. There are not a very quite place as we expected. The road from behind it was a loud, when you chill at bedroom I will hear a cars and scooters. And we had a water leaking inside the wall between bedroom and bathroom all night, but I hope they’ll fix it.
2. The territory after the pool is not private. When we got a rest near the pool people walked with dogs there, the local traders a few times messed with asking to buy something and bothering us

Unfortunately, the beach in front of the studio L was not clean and there were many plastics. Perhaps, the property owner can provide garbage bin around the area.

Shower drain blocked, door to balcony broken, no instructions to use safe and staff could not understand what we were asking. Seat broke and wasn’t replaced. 1 fork and 1 coffee cup in Villa. Light globes blown and couldn’t understand English to get them replaced.

The bed was rock hard . Desperately need a comfortable couch and a tv downstairs . There is plenty of room for that . The wifi was horrendous and on the rare occasion it did work is was unsecured . The staff tried really hard but they were all kids and spoke virtually no English.

No outlets by beds. Asked for extention cord and staff kindly lent me one from office but somehow that blew a fuse and the whole property lost power and at least we lost water. All restored within an hour. Unfortunately that was an hour we wanted power and water. Also, broken lamp and one fork.

There was kettle in the room, but I couldn’t find any glass or cup. This place doesn’t have restaurants so can’t offer breakfast. But I ordered my breakfast through grab services so it wasn’t a big problem.

Only basic cleaning like sweeping the floor and changing bed done. Very dirty in the bathroom corners, cobwebs all around the bedroom ceiling and only removed when asked. Bed headboard thick with dust as if never cleaned. Downstairs cushions and day beds need washing with stains on them. Upstairs outdoor chair rusting with no cushion to sit on, looks like should have and missing.
AC downstairs not working for whole stay even though informed and told would be done next day. It wasn't (we stayed 2 weeks), there was no follow-up. They did ask if we wanted to move, but as didn't really use downstairs and liked been on the end, we did not.
Kitchen is not really set up like an apartment. Some more options for cooking would have been great, along with no towel to dry items.
2 small waterbottles given when cleaning the room. It is not very sustainable and would prefer to see a gallon in the unit like most places now or reusable glass.
In the description, it mentioned power near the bed. By that, they mean on the other side of the room.
Staff were not really friendly interactions we had.
Place has potential. However, management or owner need to focus on maintenance and attention to detail cleaning training the staff better, or checking on them as this really does let the property down.
