When booking an apartment bed linen and towels are included. Bed linen is changed once every 7 nights, towels are changed once every 4 nights.

During summer, apartments do not include daily cleaning, while in winter apartments are cleaned daily.

Eccellente hotel per un'immersione totale nello sci e nella natura
Pros:

Hotel ottimamente gestito ed organizzato, posizionato esattamente al passo Campolongo, perfetto per collegarsi alle piste da sci o ai sentieri per le passeggiate. Fin dal check in si capisce che la proprietà è attenta a tutti i particolari di accoglienza e logistica per il soggiorno degli ospiti. L'hotel non è piccolo, può accogliere molti ospiti, tuttavia nessuno servizio ne risente, in particolare la cena risulta sempre di qualità (con 3 portate vere, più un buffet insalate davvero fornito) e senza avere ritardi nei tempi di consegna dei piatti. Durante la stagione sciistica, la navetta per raggiungere l'impianto più vicino (500 metri) è davvero comoda. La piscina è molto grande, sicuramente più ampia delle piscine di analoghi hotel 3 stelle.

Cons:

Come unico elemento stonato, segnalo che la zona wellness, nella parte sauna, bagno turco e area relax, è sottodimensionata rispetto al numero di ospiti che nei pomeriggi invernali, dopo lo sci, ne usufruiscono. Ciò non vuol dire che non sia gradevole e ben disegnata.
