Kameralny hotel z miłą atmosferą. Czysto, w pokoju duża łazienka. Dobre śniadania. Pokój od południowej strony dobrze nasłoneczniony z dużym tarasem i widokiem na trasy narciarskie.
Ogrzewanie, które nie działało jednostajnie. Obiekt wystarczająco ogrzany, niemniej kaloryfery gorące wieczorem i rano, w pozostałych porach chłodne. Suszarka do włosów w łazience.

Overall this is a very nice hotel that is equipped with everything you really need during your winter stay (We do not know anything about summer stay). Ski room is equipped with all the things such ski stands, skiboots heater/dryers which are available for all guests. The very nice stuff is preparing for their guests all kind of breakfast which is in high quality. Everything in the room was functioning as expected. Simple welness is just as we would expect for this size of hotel. Stuff is very nice and helpfull.
Some of the hotels and pensions have the possibility to store ski righ under the Burz slope so skiers do not need to carry their skis and ski boots back and forth between the hotel and the first ski lift. This hotel does not have this advantage, unfortunately, so you must walk 200-300 m from the hotel to the Burz ski lift every day. That is my only concern related to this accommodation btw.
Oposite to that I have to say that my wife did not have any problem with this every morning exercise with her skis on her shoulder 😁 traveling from hotel to slope. Walking back is much easier because you are walking down to street can stop and rest in Bar Peter located at center of Arabba and/or in bar oposite to the hotel Royal Astor and named Wine, Beer and Friends 😊

Remodeled room, spacious and clean. Full size bath. Generous breakfast. Lovely hosts.
Uitgebreid ontbijt met huisgemaakte gebakjes en ruime keuze. Ruime kamer met genoeg ruimte voor 3 personen met een ruim balkon. Geweldige service van de eigenaren omdat we een ziekte hadden in onze groep, we zijn uitstekend verzorgd!
Snowboard/ski storage, het zou fijn zijn als ze bordjes plaatsen voor ski's en snowboards. Er waren namelijk genoeg plaatsen voor de ski's maar er stonden allemaal ski's in het snowboard rek.
