One night only. Very serviceable.
Pros:

The excellent and timely free community bus service meant we were well in time for The Gotthard Panorama Express.

Cons:

The Conventino is quite a long way out of the centre (reasonable given its price) and on the shady side of the valley.

Pros:

Kleines gemütliches Zimmer. Hotel schön abgelegen vom Lärm der Stadt. Wer seine Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist bei diesem Hotel richtig.

Cons:

Check - in Zeit 16:00 Uhr ist viel zu spät.
Wäre froh gewesen, wenn die Check - in Zeit früher wäre ab 13:00 Uhr.
Kam um 11:00 Uhr in Lugano an und musste die ganze Zeit mit dem Gepäck durch Lugano mitschleppen.

Günstig und gut oberhalb von Lugano
Pros:

Oberhalb von Lugano, aber sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Einzelzimmer sehr ruhig, trotz Lage der Unterkunft an der Straße. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Gute Erreichbarkeit und Parkmöglichkeit. Auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe (Ticino-Ticket war auch erhältlich). Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Insgesamt alles unkompliziert.
