ALL. the property wasn’t clean, wasn’t comfortable, the heater wasn’t working. the bathroom looks dirty, it has hair everywhere in bathroom. The apartment look so old and dirty.

toilet sink was not working, toilet ceiling was leaking.
no toilet paper provided
there was no blanket, just a thin bedsheet.
no kettle in the room

maybe they should provide drinking water for each unit, aside from that, we had a great stay.

unresponsive property management,super lamok because of the stagnant water of the big drum inside CR, seems used mattress and linens because its smell, and very poor wifi, sobrang tagal naghintay para lang loadan ang wifi for TV.

No mirror in the bathroom.
No electric outlet on both sides of the bed.
High humidity in the room, bad smell.
Bankok St not paved, muddy after rain.
Parking on another street around the corner (Harvard St).
Moscow street closed after 10 pm.
Far from stores, restaurants and bars.

There is a weird smell of clogged water in the washroom, but tolerable. Cleaning of the entire unit can be improved. Door lock is broken.

I recently booked this accomodation a day before, I decided to adjust my time of check in, earlier (10a.m.) prior to the regular time,I waited for their response and took a while, before they replied, maybe. I was'nt able to check my inbox now about their update, since that evening. Then our Day of check - in came, we came direct to the reception and ask the Lady for our room reservation, we are on time, around 10am but to our surprised she told us that they are fully booked at the moment and we need to come back by 2 p.m. I ask them about the booking and update, she told us that they replied through the email that i sent, I told them that i wasnt able to check my inbox. She told us that in that Case we should have had contacted them atleast...We are very exshausted that time , because of the travel and really wanted to crashed on the bed and have a decent stay, but no chance, we coudnt stay and wait for more hours, then we decided to look for another accomodation and just stayed there for the rest of the day, It was very dissappointing. My point is, I hope the management has also consider , some other ways of reaching.us not only thru email, they ask about our text number too.hoping for their notification.but turns out nothing, that we need to rely only in the email updates.

Hospitality was in its lowest when itcomes to customer service and complaints, I emailed them and ask if we can rebook the dates instead. so what happened they replied after 2 days and only to messaged us about their appreciation for us of staying.( just a default message) knowing that we didnt stay there. ALSO on their part Theres no direct action when it comes to any challenges from the guest and will took ages as well to be informed. That was the very sad part of our experience, and knowing the fact that this is a non refundable cost.

Looks like the place has not been used or cleaned for a long time. As i have even seen a spider that is already living on top of the broom. 😅
