Cons:

足が悪く、階段を上るのが困難なので、1階の部屋を予約したのに、2階の部屋を案内された。予約と異なるから１階に変えるように言っても、聞いてもらえなかった。２階にされたことによる不便に対する対処（荷物の持ち上げなど）も何もしてもらえなかった。

Arezzo riservato, una inaspettata vivacità piena di gioventù e con un centro storico molto bello.
Pros:

Posizione ottima appena fuori le mura, le nostre camere erano situate in una palazzina dietro l'ingresso principale in ottima posizione riparate dal rumore della strada. ottimo il parcheggio per le moto.

Cons:

Sicuramente una rifrescata alle pareti e al bagno non sarebbe male, anche la sistemazione di qualche struttura, nel complesso tutto relativamente marginale.

Un petit jardin agréable à l'arrière

Cons:

Peut-être bien pour une nuit en escale mais surtout en évitant la chambre 12... lit acceptable, wc, bidet, lavabo acceptables et propres. Mais la douche pourrait faire l'objet de "Cauchemar à l'hôtel... " Pommeau de douche rafistolé avec du scotch ainsi que les fuites sur le tuyau, et surtout joint de carrelage encrassés, noir de moisissures. Au sol mieux vaut de pas y penser...
Le propriétaire s'est excusé sans trop y croire et m'a dit que c'était la seule douche en aussi mauvais état de l'hôtel....

L'accoglienza della proprietaria che in pochi minuti dalla prenotazione della camera ci ha fatto trovare tutto pronto.
