Как бы сложно назвать это отелем. Но ладно, пусть будет. Человек за стойкой очень доброжелательный. На этом вроде и весь позитив.

Cons:

Душевая кабинка сломана. В плесени. Кондиционера нет.
Кровать с пружинами помнит времена восстания Спартака.

A nice simple place to stay close to Arezzo, especially if you are by car. Very clean!
Pros:

Very clean and walking distance to all important sights.

Cons:

The check-in started 14:30 and nobody was there for short while. All fine, but when I book a hotel, I normally expect to be able to drop luggage in advance upon arrival from other cities. Just an hour of discomfort, else the personnel was very nice and friendly.

Vreselijke plek om te slapen - dit verdient niet de naam ‘Hotel’

Een waardeloos bed met een gigantische kuil (het matras had al 10 jaar geleden weggegooid moeten worden), pas na boeking kregen we te horen dat het hotel pas na 14.30 open zou gaan (we konden dus ook niet eerder onze bagage neerzetten) en een etage lager waren 2 kamers met tape dichtgeplakt (uit een eerdere review van een paar weken geleden en die nu weggegooid is, bleek een andere hotelgast last van ongedierte te hebben gehad, zijn foto’s zijn ook van deze site gehaald), de badkamer was niet hygiënisch (vochtplekken op het plafond en schimmelplekken beneden in de douchebak). We hadden voor 2 dagen geboekt en betaald maar voor het eerst van mijn leven ben ik eerder opgestapt en na een slechte nacht van weinig slaap (door dat matras) hebben we een ander hotel gezocht. Conclusie: zoek een ander hotel!
