De ligging, prijs/kwaliteit, leuke ambiance.

Cons:

Doet wat aan het geluidsniveau van de ventilatie. Echt teveel lawaai in de nacht.
En vergeet niet de jam te serveren bij het ontbijt, die hoort er echt bij.

Excellent getaway
Pros:

Wonderful location , easy parking , very comfortable spacious room, Aircon a nice touch and breakfast very generous portion size. Staff spoke English which made things easier. 30 mins or so into Arnhem city centre and was able to walk there and back both days .

Top hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

De enthousiaste begroeting bij aankomst en de bediening & uitleg tijdens eetmomenten. We aten een lunch op het terrasje voor het hotel en waren blij verrast door de ruimtelijkheid en frisse aankleding binnenin het hotel. Dat verwacht je niet, als je alleen buiten op het terrasje hebt gezeten. Onze kamer was groot, ruimtelijk, netjes en voorzien van alle faciliteiten (voelde een beetje als een bruidssuite ;) ). We lagen aan de zijkant van het hotel en het was daar erg rustig. Alles ziet er netjes uit en de sfeer is voortreffelijk. Tijdens het diner was het druk en bestelden we een voorgerecht voor manlief en een aperitiefje voor mijzelf (het moet maar een naam hebben). Maar juist door die namen zat ikzelf al aan de kaasballetjes en had manlief zijn soep nog niet. Dit werd vrij snel opgemerkt door personeel zelf en rechtgezet met wat stukjes extra brood bij de soep. Dat werd gewaardeerd.

Cons:

Bij het inchecken was er even een mix-up met bonnetjes & bedragen. Zover zo goed en alles werd netjes in 1x betaald (de genoten lunch, het verblijf en ontbijt de volgende ochtend). We wilden inderdaad graag het bonnetje als bewijs en maar goed ook, want de dag erna bij het uitchecken bleek het lunchbonnetje nog "open" te staan, terwijl wij konden laten zien dat die toch echt betaald was. Het was meteen in orde zo en we konden gaan, maar het gaf me toch even een rotgevoel op de terugweg. Jammer voor deze 10 locatie die nu een 9,8 van ons krijgt.

Bij een volgend feestje in de buurt van dit hotel, zoek ik niet naar een andere accommodatie.
Pros:

Mooie accommodatie.
Heerlijke bedden en kussens, voortreffelijk ontbijt ( vooral de croissantjes ) en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Nice huge room, very good matrass, good breakfast & very friendly staff. Too bad, I could not enjoy the restaurant due to late arrival.
