Good location. Ideal for a stay in Arusha with close proximity to the airport and to Braeburn Arusha and UWC. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good on-site parking.

The grounds and villas are lovely and it's obvious alot of thought has gone into the design. The restaurant area is a complete contrast to the ambiance of the villas. It is open concept and quite institutional looking and we felt we were eating at a cafeteria. There is noise from the surrounding neighbourhood (sounded like a disco/club), which was disappointing given the amazing views from this property. We ordered room service and had the breakfast. The veggie sandwich and soup were quite good but the burger had an overwhelming taste of whatever grain is used to bind ingrédients. Breakfast was mediocre and cafeteria style.
It was extremely clean , beautiful lay out gardens and apartments were like living in your own street surrounded by beautiful trees and plants that were welll kept .
The stairs to the apartments were tiles and dangerous when it was raining we almost slipped off the stairs .
