Pros:

Tolle sehr ruhige Lage in der Altstadt. Wir haben sogar ein kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert.

Sehr komfortables und schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Pünktlich um 10.00 Uhr wurde das Frühstücksbuffet geschlossen. Eine kleine „Nachlaufzeit“ zum Holen eines zweiten Kaffees wurde abgelehnt.

Ein kleines, modernes Hotel mitten in Ascona. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen.
