It could be perfect, but...
Pros:

Great location, about ten minutes from the famous bridge and the train station. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. The room is big and clean. In other words it could be perfect, but...

Cons:

NOISE. Honestly, I have never experienced something like that before. And trust me, I've stayed in tens of hotels around the world. The walls are so thin you can hear literally everything. But it's not just that. I could feel the whole room vibrating when someone was walking in the room next to me or when they used the sink. It was impossible to relax, not to mention sleeping. Unfortunately this destroyed the whole experience, and cause of that I would never choose this hotel ever again. To be honest, my rating would be much lower if all the other things (breakfast, room, staff, location) weren't really good. It's a shame actually cause this hotel could be perfect.

Dans le centre de Lucerne et quartier très calme

Cons:

Je savais que je n'avais ni douche, ni WC dans la chambre. Douches et WC sont en communs à l'étage : si l'hôtel est plein, il n'y a qu'un seul WC pour tout le 4ème étage, c'est peu, étant donné le nombre de chambres.

Está cerca de la estación de tren: 10 min caminando y bueno de ahí está cerca todo! Lucerna es hermoso! El desayuno incluyó fruta, cereal, café jugo, cositas para hacer sanduche. Me pareció muy bueno. La atención es muy amable!

Solid value hotel. I felt they delivered based on the price I paid. Staff was very friendly. Let us use the WC and store our luggage before and after checkout while we toured the city.

Total schön, komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, nahe an Innenstadt und Bahnhof. Total sauber und ruhig gelegen. Frühstück super, Koffer unterstellen möglich.

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig.
Man kann kostenlose Tickets als eine Art Touristenkarte erhalten, doch bei mir erfolgte das nicht proaktiv, sondern erst auf Nachfrage. Und darum wissen tat ich nur weil jemand anderes das in einer Bewertung beschrieben hatte. Ein anderes schweizer Hotel ließ mir so eine Touristenkarte sogar im Vorfeld zukommen, nachdem die Rechnung beglichen war. Das fand ich vorbildlich, weil man das Ticket so auch für die Anreise innerhalb der Stadt nutzen konnte.
