Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários, localização muito boa de atrações.

Cons:

Não tinha wi-fi, estava avariado não sei.
A minha filha mais velha foi picada por uma vespa na casa de banho.

I really appreciate it well and I will choose it again if I come back Luzern in the future.
Pros:

Although it’s not near Luzern station, the room was quiet with beautiful views. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay—the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth it.

Cons:

It would be perfect if free drinking water were provided.

Lean, clean and light near town center
Pros:

Normally I don't do "shared bathrooms" but the price was very good compared to the standard Swiss prices. The personnel were very kind. I was surprised to find the level of comfort and light at Alpha, and how clean and tidy it was. A super lean hotel, nothing fancy about it, but very convenient and clean, with a small wash area in your room. The communal toilets and showers were in excellent condition with very good ventilation. The beds were comfortable with big pillows. And the breakfast was great, with good muesli and oatmilk and oranges etc. Great coffee, and nice chats with fellow travelers. Really a nice place, 15 min walk to the lovely town center. Parking and elevator; situated on a beautiful tree lined street in a safe and historic neighborhood made up of ornamented, equal-height flat buildings from the days of yore. Wonderful place.

Cons:

The beds have this plastic mattrass protector, which is understandable, but it makes things more sweaty than necessary. For the bad-legged, note that there are about 6 steps going to the front desk, there is an elevator to the rooms.

Property was clean. The location seemed quite safe and calm away from the busy main areas of the city. The staff were very kind and friendly. We received a visitor card granting free bus access in the area.

Cons:

Shared toilet and showers on each floor, though it was split male and female bathrooms. One toilet and two showers each. Breakfast was basic - bread, cereal, cheese, lunch meat.
