La posizione e la colazione top, ambiente curato e molto bello, purtroppo abbiamo avuto vicini rumorosi con dei bambini che sembrava di avere nel letto, ma qsto nn è colpa ovviamente della struttura, faccio presente ke prima di prenotare avevo valutato posizione, assolutamente centrale, oltre al costo, assolutamente economico considerando il tutto, ma che l hotel si raggiunge dopo 2 scalinate potrebbe essere un disagio x ki ha difficoltà motorie, x anziani e ha passeggini e trolley, noi nn abbiamo avuto nessun problema nn avendo nè l uno né l altro, consigliatissimo! Aggiungo colazione con prodotti di alta qualità

Ci è piaciuto la posizione centrale dell'albergo, abbastanza vicino al parcheggio a pagamento. Abbastanza vicino alla Basilica di San Francesco e agli altri punti di interesse. In riferimento alla colazione, per noi è stata più che sufficiente. Il buffet era un po piccolo ma immagino che sarà stato rifornito costantemente con l'arrivo di nuovi ospiti. Ci è piaciuto la cortesia con cui siamo stati accolti.

Cons:

In riferimento alla camera possiamo dire che era un po piccola, ma considerando il centro storico spesso si trovano ambienti piccoli. Ottima la pulizia. L'arredo era in linea con lo spirito francescano. Lineare ed estremamente essenziale. Il bagno anch'esso di proporzioni ridotte. La doccia con la tenda permetteva di muoversi un po meglio durante l'uso dei servizi igienici. Ottima la pulizia. È evidente che le dimensioni di questi locali non possiamo consigliarli a persone di taglia extra larga.

Scarpinando per Assisi per incontrare San Francesco.
Pros:

La posizione in centro.
Purtroppo però lontana dalla Basilica di San Francesco.
Il terrazzino che però non ho potuto utilizzare causa maltempo.

Cons:

La difficoltà nel raggiungerla con il bagaglio: davvero troppi, troppi scalini ed in ripida salita senza la possibilità di avere un aiuto nel trasporto.
La stanza seppur carina era molto piccola così come il bagno.
