Pros:

Lokalizacja super. Wszędzie blisko w promieniu kilku minut. Łatwy dostęp do pokoju. Pokój czysty i pachnący. Wygodny materac. Śniadanie na tarasie dachowym z super widokiem.

Cons:

Niestety łazienka miała prysznic i była to deszczownica nie było słuchawki więc wchodząc trzeba było brać prysznic moczac głowę i włosy. Zasłona prysznicowa z materialu przez co cała łazienka była w wodzie. Łazienka z ciasnym dostępem do toalety.

Posizione stupenda, la nostra stanza aveva un bellissimo terrazzino

Non poter accedere alla terrazza all'ultimo piano, aperta solo per la colazione. Mancanza di pane fresco per la colazione

Comfortable modest hotel in the heart of Assisi
Pros:

Great location - right in the heart of Assisi. The hotel functions more like an Airbnb, check in was easy with instructions sent via WhatsApp, which was totally fine. The room was modest, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious - mainly sweet options though. We interacted with one staff member at breakfast who was friendly

Cons:

The room becomes quite warm overnight but there is AC which works well!

Colazione top su terrazza panoramica stupenda stanza minimal ma pulita

Cons:

Per arrivare all'hotel ci sono troppe scale difficile per chi ha problemi anche minimi di deambulazione in bagno finestra alta impossibile da aprire manca bidet compensato da doccetta al wc

Pros:

Lovely hotel right in the center of town. We had a room with a sunny terrace. Breakfast is served upstairs with an amazing view as well. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The walk up from the car park is a hike if you are elderly. It is actually not that far in distance but in the heat with someone with heart issues it was a struggle. That is not the hotels fault in any way just something to bear in mind.
