Pleasent stay and will visit agin same hotel if we are coming to Mecca
Pros:

The property was near to Haram. Staff and facilities were both good and supportive. Specially our floor staff Raju was very helpful, he maintained the room very well.

Kahvaltısı mükemmel. Otel çok yakın ve güzel. Özellikle 13. Kat görevlisi Emanullah İsminde biri var çok ilgili özellikle o görevlinin olduğu yeri almaya çalışın.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The hotel is located near the Haram, just a 6-minute walk from King Abdul Aziz Gate. The front desk receptionist was professional and competent. The room was clean and ready upon our arrival.The bathroom was well equipped with essential amenities, including clean towels, toiletries, and other necessities.

Cons:

There was a leak in the bathroom tap, and when it was turned on, water overflowed onto the basin. The corners of the door and the bathroom walls were dirty.
Food delivery was not available to this location through any food delivery app

Muktar is the best. Polite, helpful with loads of patience. A true asset to the organization. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place and good location. Wonderful breakfast and the staff was very supportive your needs.

تعد إقامتي في فندق ميسان المشاعر من التجارب التي تستحق الإشادة والتقدير، حيث كان الفندق الخيار الأمثل للراحة والهدوء. منذ لحظة دخولي، شعرت بحفاوة الاستقبال التي تعكس المعنى الحقيقي للضيافة السعودية الراقية. أود أن أخص بالشكر الجزيل موظفي الاستقبال الأستاذ عبدالرحمن الهذلي والأستاذ عبدالله القرشي؛ فقد كانا مثالاً للرقي في التعامل، والسرعة في إنهاء إجراءات الدخول، والحرص الدائم على تلبية كافة الاحتياجات بابتسامة دائمة ورحابة صدر، مما أضفى طابعاً خاصاً ومريحاً على إقامتي منذ البداية.
لا يمكنني أيضاً إغفال مستوى النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وهنا أود توجيه شكر خاص لموظف خدمة الغرف راجو ،
فقد كان متفانياً في عمله، ودقيقاً جداً في ترتيب الغرفة وتلبية الطلبات بكل احترافية وسرعة، مما جعل إقامتي خالية من أي عناء. الفندق بشكل عام يتميز بتصميمه المريح، وموقعه الاستراتيجي، والمستوى العالي من الخدمات المقدمة. شكراً لطاقم العمل المميز على جهودهم التي جعلت من هذه الإقامة ذكرى طيبة، وبالتأكيد سيكون فندق ميسان المشاعر هو وجهتي الأولى في كل زيارة قادمة. أنصح الجميع بتجربة الإقامة فيه للاستمتاع بخدمة فندقية تليق بالضيوف ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

مناسب كموقع ولكن غير مريح من حيث مساحة الغرفة والمبلغ المدفوع وعدم توفر افطار سعودي

الاستقبال ممتاز خاصة الاخ فادي عسل ومتعاون جدا ، كذلك النظافة ممتازة ويوجد اهتمام وتجاوب سريع وممتاز من الاخ طارق وميزان مسؤولي النظافة

- مساحة الغرفة 16 متر فقط لشخصين تعتبر ضيقة
- الثلاجة صغيرة لاتتسع للاغراض المعتادة
- الأثاث غير جديد والكنب متسخ
- المصاعد مزدحمة جدا من الحجاج لاتستطيع الصعود لغرفتك الا بعد وقت طويل
- الافطار ممنوع للسعوديين حيث لايتوفر الا وجبات شرق اسيوية
