The room size was good, the staff was very kind but the breakfast spoiled the whole experience

Cons:

The breakfast was extremely disappointing, waste of money and time. Hardly 2-3 items in breakfast, no milk for tea not even eggs. Extremely disappointing

It was the worst stay ever, no internet, 31 minutes walk to Haram, no shuttle and no one there understand any language o
Pros:

One staff member, who allowed me to use Hotel’s restaurant WiFi because it was not working in my room.

Cons:

Location. It takes 31 minutes to reach the extension of haram which is still not open.
Internet: Property claims they have good one, but in my case it didn’t work, complained but nothing was done. Ultimately I left the hotel 3 days in advance, applied for refund which was refused immediately.
Language: No one understands English.
