Pros:

Brilliant stay, big thanks to guest relations who made it easy and provided check ups every day. MUHAMMAD ABIR house keeper great guy and provided fantastic service all the time and on time!!!! Breakfast was great!!! Cant complain for the price, 7 mins walk to Haram during prayer time. Great for families, lobby is the best!!!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was super welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant manager in the evening during our stay was always helpful and friendly, and the restaurant staff were helpful too.

Cons:

After a shower, the bathroom kept flooding. It would be good if there was a floor wiper to sweep away the water

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Pros:

NOTHING REALLY. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Cons:

I strongly disliked the lady who scans the breakfast tickets. She is utterly disrespectful and racist!
Once you make your reservation it cannot be altered despite chosing FREE CANCELATION OPTION!!! THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE IT MANUALLY 😡😡😡
EVERY DAY BREAKFAST IS PASTRY, EGGS AND LOADS OF CARBS. NO FRUIT, YOGHURT, ONLY LOADS OF GREEN HERBS AND CUCUMBER. NOT WORTH CALLING A BUFFET! Juice machine is always out of order and if it's available is a diluted cordial, disgusting!
Toiletries are ONLY on arrival. English language appears to be a challenge 🤔
Room servicing is only your bed being made. Stayed 7 nights, same sheets, dirty carpet NOT VACUUMED!

Pros:

Breakfast was good although no fruit so limited. Room was good size and generally satisfactory.

Cons:

Shower was tiny and you couldn't move with curtain sticking to you. Not a great hotel very mediocre distance from Haram about 25mins in rush hour and all up hill.
