The location.
No internet.
Everything was very good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and fragrant. Starf were kind and accomodating. Android TVs were installed.
Though it's understandable that they only opened very recently, theu don't have breakfast to offer yet. However, the hotel is beside Puregold grocery store and ordering food from GrabFood or Food Panda is so easy.

Very loud air conditioner, located just above our head. It’s like a drilling sound. We can’t even hear each other clearly. There are cockroaches in the ceiling.
