Locatia corecta, curata, camere foarte spatioase si luminoase, aer conditionat functional, prosoape imense, albe, impecabile. La capitolul curatenie excelent!!

Nu mi-a placut politica de incasare a sejururlui de dinainte sa te cazezi - primesti cheia de la camera doar dupa ce achiti. Neplacut.
Nu mi-a placut atitudinea anumitor angajati, nu pot generaliza.
Mi-a displacut total faptul ca NU exista cheie de rezerva. Este absolut inadmisibil, este primul hotel pe care l-am intalnit sa nu iti poata oferi cheie de rezerva - cheie normala, de invartit in broasca. Cum e posibil??? Daca ti se face nopatea rau si nu te poti ridica de jos, nu exista nicio optiune in afara spartului usii ca sa intre salvarea sau alti salvatori. Daca pierzi cheia, dormi pe scari pana a doua zi dimineata cand vin femeile de serviciu. Da, s-a uitat cheia la o locatie la 30 km si la ora 4 dimineata singura optiune a fost o alta camera, contra cost!!!! Inadmisibil. Pacat de conditiile bune pe care le ofera hotelul. Luati masuri, va rugam! Si, elegant ar fi fost sa se ofere camera de dormit pana la venirea femeilor de serviciu gratuit, sau macar la un pret simbolic...

Найгірший готель в якому довелося ночувати

В номері не було холодильника, чайника, кондиціонера. Це єдиний готель за весь час моїх подорожей де всього цього немає. 2 односпальних ліжка взагалі окрема історія: ширина ліжка 80 см!! Як в студентському гуртожитку. Матраси старі, скрипучі випираючі пружини. Адміністратор дуже недоброзичлива та зверхня

Amplasarea, curatenia camerei, amabilitatea persoanelor de la receptie.

Cons:

lipsa de confort a patului ( salteaua si perna )
Oglinda din baie este plasata atat de sus , incat doar o persoana foarte inalta o poate folosi .(>1,80 m )
Dusul din cabina , calitate slaba , stropeste inegal si picura , atat cel de mana cat si cel din plafon.

Дуже сподобалось розташування, чистота в номері
Pros:

Розташування чудове, центр міста, зручно для прогулянок вдень і ввечері, навколо багато кафе і ресторанів, супермаркетів
В номері дуже чисто, ідеальна постільна білизна
Ввічливий персонал

Cons:

Адміністратор в нічну зміну не розмовляла англійською, тільки італійською, за допомогою google translate пояснити, що потрібно вдалося лише частково
Хотілося б мати можливість зробити чай або каву в номері, не вистачає маленького чайника в номері або кулера з горячою водою на рецепції
