NO VALE LO QUE COBRAN

El desayuno es malo y comienza muy tarde, el servicio es malo, la limpieza es pesima

Cuando llegue no tenian el cuarto que habia pedido y me querian dar uno de una categoria inferior. No acepte y finalmente me diero el que habia pedido, pero resulto MUY SUCIO, por lo que me toco llamar para que lo limpiaran y cambiaran sabanas y toallas por otras limpias. El desayuno lo comienzan a servir despues de las 7:30 am, y es muy regular. Cuando me iba a ir la maquina que tenian no acepto el pago de mi tarjeta de credito internecional, y me dijeron que tenia que pagar en efectivo en rupias. Como no las tenia me dijeron que me recibian dolares, pero llame a mi banco y me dijeron que mi tarjeta estaba bien y que la utilizara. Volvi a insistir y trajeron una maquina diferente del almacen vecino, y con esa funciono el pago.
El hotel NO VALE LO QUE COBRAN, es un hotel de tres estrellas que deberia costa la mitad del precio.

Ein schöner Ort zum entspannten
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr hilfsbereites Personal . Ich kann es ohne Vorbehalt weiterempfehlen .
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker . Die Anbindung an Bus und Bahn war gut ( ca. 2 km ) auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont grandes propres confortables, le personnel très professionnel
La piscine très agréable pour se poser en fin de journée
Le restaurant est très bon.
De plus cet hôtel prend soin de nos chauffeurs en leur proposant à manger ce que j'ai apprécié pour eux

Great stay and Good food.
Pros:

Room was big enough for 3 of us . Neat and clean . Breakfast,lunch,dinner everything was good. we got a surprise welcome at checkin with garlands. They have good capacity , I mean for a big group it is good.

Cons:

there was a big group one day and they have only 1 restaurant to cater to all guests , however we were accomodated.

The property is in nice location
Reception was good welcoming reception staff

Cons:

Diss functional bathroom if showered the water will be over the toilet
The shampoo & soap dispenser wasn’t working
Toilet not throughly cleaned
Dust under the sofa
Stained tea cups
No spoon to stir the teas
Non responsive restaurant staff noted during lunch, dinner and breakfast
We ordered Andra chicken curry turned out to be chicken carcass curry there were no meat at all
Most of the items on the menu was unavailable
