The location was excellent free parking outside the property excellent and the bar was very good the rooms were clean and the shower was very good.

Perfect for three nights stay to visit my sister Maldon. Central location, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast to order. Friendly staff, especially at breakfast.
Everything was just what I needed.
Very easy access to Malton and the A64. We stayed in Room 1 and it was very large with a comfy sofa. The breakfast is delicious and the lady that prepares it is very kind and helpful. It is a more basic accommodation but had lovely views from this particular room.
A little more detail needs to be paid to the dusting of the room. There is a bit of road noise, but earplugs block it out. If you are a light sleeper, this may worry you. It quiets down at night.

Gute Lage, von außen sehr hübsch.
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und heruntergekommen. An den Wänden waren überall Flecken und Spinnweben, im Zimmer waren Haare und ein totes Insekt im Bad, das Waschbecken dreckig. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man das guten Gewissens an zahlende Gäste geben kann.

The outside looked lovely, unfortunately the rooms were awful
The bedroom was awful, the bed frame stained and the showers seals black. It looked awful
Good B and B with bar on the edge of Malton's market square. Helpful staff, good breakfast, large room. Cyclist friendly.
Need to remember to fill up shampoo container in shower unit.
