Cons:

I requested through booking app that I will arrive from 12 noon to 1pm and check in at the same time. It was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the place, they did not accomodate me. I told the owner or I. Dont know if he is the owner because he is rude. I was browsing my cellphone to show him I requested an early check in but he told me "wala naman sinabi saakin si booking.com" ( i was not informed by booking.com.) when i was about to show the confirmation, he left me 😔 i was so tired and have an appointment so I left. Good thing the girl staff allowed me to leave my bag. To kuya, whoever you are. Please do not be rude and please do have a consideration.
I do not like the room. Its smelly. No ventilation. electric fan too noisy
No tissue no hanger not clean. Shared bathroom is dirty. I do not like the electric fan. Its too noisy, you should install an air conditioner instead considering that the room rates are expensive.

Cons:

Unaccommodating staff.
I asked for assistance to fix the tv in my room and I was ignored.
I asked assistance to help me get the number of the victory liner and showed disrespect.
They were busy plying on their phone.
