服務人員都很在乎客人入住感受，很值得推薦的一間villa，下一次有來絕對會再選擇入住，裝潢風格有別於Bali傳統villa，喜歡拍照的人可以考慮看看，這裡很好出片

It was comfortable, clean and convenient, Villa staff are nice and friendly. I would return again.
Pros:

It’s convenient, walk to shops, spas and restaurant within minutes. Clean, Spacious and well designed modern Villa. You feel safe as it is gated and with security guards outside the villa.

Cons:

It didn’t have close doors in the living room to prevent mosquitoes coming in. Although the villa is fogged to get rid of the insects and mosquitoes it’s inevitable they still fly into the villa because of its open concept.

Pros:

The villa was clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. The staff were most helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The gardens are prone to mosquitos so come well-equipped with repellant. A microwave in the kitchen would have been useful.

Es una villa dentro de un hotel ,con lo que tienes tu espacio privado para estar con la familia,amigos y tener la seguridad de estar en un hotel con su seguridad,su recepción por si tienes algún problema
La atención del personal excelente y rapida

Nada,todo muy bien,como comentario la ubicación, aunque no esta en la zona de la playa está rodeado de restaurantes y cafés y la playa está a 10minutos,zona más tranquila que está muy bien

Absolutely stunning villla with incredible staff. Perfect stay

The property was so beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed, with every possible detail considered, sleek and modern. Staff went above and beyond to be accomodating, warm, friendly and helpful even though we only stayed one night. Would recommend to anyone for an extremely comfortable and luxurious stay

Stunning villa with lush greenery; well-equipped kitchen utensils; cozy atmosphere overlooking the private pool (but need to do some clean up); scrumptious dinner service and impeccable hospitality (putting effort to get rid of tokay gecko spotted on our second night)

The sudden appearance of tokay gecko in the kitchen (it’s disturbing for anyone who afraid of gecko/ lizards); pool needs regular maintenance; room for improvement on breakfast
