Pros:

It's the location just so accessible and nearby to the downtown area.

Cons:

No toilet paper served, cabinet is very old and outlets are not near the bed. The lampshade placed at the top of the table has no outlet nearby. The stairs in going up is not PWD friendly if with luggage to carry. No staff offered to handle it.

The smell of cats pee outside. The glass top side table on our bedroom is chipped and broken on the edge is dangerous for children

Pros:

the location is accessible and legit walking distance to some attractions

Cons:

the room was not cleaned, too much hair on the floor.
basic toiletries were still asked to the staff.
staff were not accommodating as expected.
bathroom was not cleaned, water bucket was very slimmy, seems not thoroughly cleaned at all.
bath towels have bad smell.
wifi was very slow and not accessible up to the room.

Very disgusting. Service and premises not commensurate to the fee they charged

Near the city center. But professionalism of the staff and their Manager need enhance more in line with true customer Service.
