good because we only need a stay to sleep on.
Pros:

LOCATION is ok, just fair, easy to locate. A 14 to 15-minute walk to the session road. The water flow is strong.

Cons:

The stairs are too narrow and need to be widened; no TV; the lights are better if they use daylight; the white one; and there are no toiletries. need to fix some eye sore areas like paint and other things to fix in the wall and cabinets

It's good but the problems were repeatedly reported by other customers and still no actions!
Cons:

Water heater is not working. Standard room doesn't have kettle. I need to borrow from the reception every morning to have atleast instant coffee and even used for bathing for hot water. Microwave in the reception was also not working

Pros:

The beds are too comfy. The view is right, not too elevated.

Cleanliness is not good, No wifi, Delay Water and Noisy Environment
Pros:

the bed is comfortable

Cons:

once we just arrived there is no water and the 2nd day
there's a lot of mosquito and cockroach and molds all over the room and the bathroom
Also, all the 3 wifi they provided are not working at all

Big disappointment!
Pros:

The toilet flush is broken, no toilet tissue. The bed is itchy.

Cons:

There is not enough lighting. Stairs going up and near the veranda do not even have a single bulb working. Safety Hazard. Prone to accident, unsafe facilities especially if you have seniors and toddlers.

I will not go there again

Location and size of the room

Cons:

They did not change the sheets before I arrived at 2am. When I was cold and really sleepy I lifted the blanket, it smells like fart. I could not sleep. I don't want to go down the stairs to a dark hallway to get the receptionist coz they have no intercom. So I was not able to sleep the whole time till check out at 11am. They have no wifi, no cable. TV hace no subscription, no HDMI. I chose it bec I read the review, somebody says it's very clean, Clean sheets... It seems the review is bogus. Dining table and needs cleaning of legs, and no chair. They have water heater, no free coffee which is a standard. No tissue which is also a standard.

Not recommended
Pros:

Just so so, didnt like our stay overall

Cons:

First, staff are not welcoming. We’re too tired from traveling for more than 5 hours, it would be nice to feel welcome in a place.

Second, area is far from session road or city center. Would take more than 15mjns since more uphill

Third, not good for elders since you have to use narrow stairs to check in and there’s bar and ktv below the building and music is so loud until 4am

Would not come back
