Pros:

I like the view from our unit and the price is very affordable. My family enjoyed the breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. The unit is also child friendly, my 1 year old baby can walk freely inside the unit.

Close to shopping centre

Cons:

No hot water in room shower.... this must be additional costs....
Staff rude.
Staff complained when asked for wife password.
Sraff complained when we asked for a plate. Told us to put the room phone down. Staff unaproachable so poor quality we booked an air BnB the next morning
For a 3 star hotel your staff service is disgusting.....

And i only booked your hotel as all other surrounding was 2 star. Your definatly not worth the price your charging.

This is value for money specially when you stay for a while in Baguio.
Pros:

Hotel 45 is near the downtown and public terminal and accessible via public transport. It has free breakfast included. Room is ok for the not so picky.

Cons:

Old facilities, you have to manage your expectations for the price you pay.

"Our stay at Hotel 45 was truly excellent! ✨ The staff were very warm, accommodating, and helpful from check-in to check-out they made us feel very welcome even with our two young children. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient, walking distance to SM City Baguio and nearby schools, which was perfect for our board exam. Great value for money, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! 👏🏼"
