Pros:

LOCATION! it is in a heart of the Baguio - closer to everything, resto, coffee shops, malls, bus terminals
Staffs are so welcoming, polite, and supportive

The hotel is old, no complementary like bottled water, no tissues, not electric kettle, tea or coffee

Pros:

I did not realize when I booked this place, that there is no A/C. The fan was loud, the curtains was terrible... it was just put up without thinking if it is pleasing to the eyesight. You don't feel like your privacy matters. The furniture is so old and makes the room cramped. The shower head is constantly leaking, water on the floor where the toilet is. Slippers that they provide are dirty... you worry about fungus since it is reusable.
