Pros:

Pretty decent hotel
Pros:

First and foremost, I liked that they provided free water as an initiative to help the world become a better place. The staff were approachable too. The location was great, it was near my appointments so it was easy to get around. The place feels safe. I loved their baked bangus too. It's nice that they have a café. The smell of the lounge area was just perfect.

CJ from the reception was kind and accommodating, I didn't have a breakfast voucher for a couple of days and I was just showing my receipt. She offered to give me the voucher for the last two days of my stay. Also, Kass or Kassey also from the reception she made the voucher for me on the first day. I appreciated their kindness.

Cons:

Note: Not that I didn't like but it can be improved.

The facilities were great but it would've been better if the stains from the chair were cleaned and floor titles in the bathroom were scrubbed. It's just me though because I like things clean. I don't like requesting because it can be too much for the staff. If there were cleaning materials, I would be happy to clean it myself. Overall, it's a great hotel.

马尼拉市中心的宾馆
Pros:

1.早餐非常美味，虽然不是自助餐，但是我点的这个milk fish非常好吃。
2.位置位于马尼拉市中心，去robinson和黎刹公园都是步行距离。

Cons:

1.卫生间的脸盆有点小，好几次刷牙吐在外面了。

Insomma, non lo consiglio.
Pros:

La camera era abbastanza pulita, e abbastanza moderna, accettabile.
Posizione abbastanza vicina a intramuros

Cons:

Il bagno abbastanza allucinante, doccia senza tenda né vetro, mentre ti lavi bagni completamente tutto il wc.
Assenza del bidet, male.
Mancanza di asciugamano per le mani, e mancanza del sapone per le mani.
Condizioni del bagno abbastanza sporche e trasandato.
Fuori dall’hotel i senzatetto che dormono a terra, zona non molto sicura.
Per la colazione bisogna uscire passare in mezzo ai senza tetto, e andare in un bar ristorante a 5 min a piedi.
Colazione solo salata e filippina, zero opzioni dolci.
Per il prezzo che ha mi aspettavo di meglio.

Does not meet expectations.
Pros:

The staffs. They are so nice we tend to forget how awful the hotel was😔

Cons:

It is very outdated. Looks creepy with how the hallway looks. The washroom is too tight. Not enough toiletries even though we stayed there for quite some time. The location is very secluded. The bed is awful and so does the pillow.

Pleasant but disappointing.
Pros:

Clean and the location

Cons:

Power went off (tripped) in 2 rooms after we checked in. There were maintenance, loud drillings across our rooms on our second day. Street side parking.

Very inconvenient and disappointing!
Pros:

When I arrived on a 6PM flight, I received an email from this hotel telling me, "unless we hear from you by 6PM your booking will be cancelled'. I range several times but no answer. I booked another hotel and, as I was checking in, Airo hotel emailed me to ask where I was?

Cons:

Unprofessional!
