Friendly & very good service. Staff are welcoming, very cozy stay & Excellent F&B Team. Well Done & will come back again sopan.

I have no complaints about this place. Visually stunning. Location is great. Hotel staff accommodating. Casino feels complete. Doesn’t smell like cigarettes like others have mentioned in the past. Rooms are complete and no culture adjustment there. The gym is sufficient.
I believe the standout feature here is their bar within the hotel: The Chameleon. Always started my night there because the cocktails were incredible and the staff was unforgettable. Whether it was Jay Ehr (JR?) or Rainier they were incredibly accommodating and personable. Best whiskey and tequila sours I’ve ever tried! They went out of their way to help a myself, a first time solo traveler, navigate the country. I followed their suggestions and explored some towns and regions of Philippines that I otherwise would have never seen and man were they right. Thank you for everything! Will definitely rebook.

Ctrel’s customer service was absolutely incredible. We popped by to stop at the casino, he was so friendly and helpful to show us where to go, and checked in with us to ensure we got in the right grab car when leaving. 1000% will be back.

I love it! The hotel is giving Las Vegas vibes and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Kuya Marc is pogi hehe. Also, the lili restaurant, the food was very delicious.

one of our favorite go to restaurant . super friendly staffs , clean , fast serving . their food is also super good and nice . we would love to come back every month to try their menu. miss adele and sir andrei is so friendly i love to eat here with them here .

Location is great, near the mall.
Atmosphere is well great, they have a nice lobby. Even the staff are very hospitable.
Rooms is highly well maintained. Its very clean.
Value for its price is good. The service is very good and accommodating in every staff. The food is very good. For sure, we will come back again to this hotel. My son loves it. I hope next time, we can try to use the pool. (close due to renovation)

I left my wallet in a Grab driver's car, and Jillian Craig and his team looked after me until I finally got my wallet back. Thank you very much for the help!
