It was a most enjoyable stay and Noelene went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable.
Pros:

We received the most warm and happy welcome from Noelene. I have never been greeted with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The room was extremely comfortable and the service by the staff was incredible.
Noelene ensured that the breakfast was prepared according to our dietary requirements (vegetarian).

An unforgettable trip
Pros:

The welcome by the staff was amazing, we felt at home right away. Noleen on the front desk organised an excellent guide for us to visit the sights of Mannar.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was a treat with a variety of meals.
There are feral donkeys around the town and the hotel location.
We loved everything about the hotel.

Value for money in a small town, with big ideas being developed.
Pros:

The staff were really attentive and wanted to make sure that our stay was as pleasurable as possible.
The breakfast and its service was good.
The owner really did know what she was doing and was helpful.
Great mosquito light in the bedrooms!

Cons:

The evening meals need to be more varied.
The shower and bathroom need upgrading.
The bird watching guide was not able to guide us and tell us about the birds as much as she might, as there were two groups and two cars, one guide.
