Food service and quality were very poor. Shower drain was not working properly. Access roads were almost impassable. We left a day earlier than planned.
Positives:
The property is clean and well maintained. The food options in the hotel restaurant are plenty and good.
Negatives:
The hot water in the bathrooms was hardly hot, and couldn’t shower as it was cold on one of the days. I wish they would turn on the air conditioning for the common areas/lobbies, as it was warm. The Wi-Fi was slow and flaky.

Room was spacious but had lots of mosquitoes. I ordered food through room service and it was good. 8000 plus INR is kind of a high rate in that area.
The washroom was not clean, and central heating hot water is not working if some people do not want a hot bath, but what about other people's who want a hot bath. As a 4-star property, this kind of negligence and excuse are not acceptable, and I never recommend this property to anyone...over all experience was bad.

I booked thus hotel for stay from 9am to 2pm for onoine business meeting and another physical meeting at Meerut. To manage both my digital meeting and physical meeting i had booked this hotel and requested Internet connection apriori but when I came for check in they said you don't have checkin .you didn't came at night. Then they gave room for 5 hrs and charged me higher than booking.com fee. With no internet connection. Reception does look good and hotel entry fiesta look grandeur but this hotel us primary usage is hosting wedding and its attendees
The hotel is 4 star worthy, it was a magnificent building when it was constructed, and the staff are very attentive and professional.
I don't normally leave reviews especially when staff appear to try hard to address issues. But the WiFi only works within 1 meter of the bedroom door on the 2nd and 3rd levels (we tried switching rooms). A 4G router was promised but never came. I solved the problem by bridging my mobile's WiFi connection from a chair at the door to my laptop to the desk. I have to assume that customers only come here for weddings and not work.
Also the multipurpose weight machine in the Gym had the bolt physically locked into maximum weight, presumably to discourage use because other parts were broken, multiple service calls could not dislodge it. I only booked this hotel because of the gym and I could not do my ACL surgery rehab routine. They gave me a INR 1000 discount, but I said I still have to leave a review about this to encourage them to fix the machine, otherwise the image showing the centerpiece of their gym is false advertising. They said they will post pictures of the repaired machine.
