Pros:

Location wise is very near to major attraction, 10 min walk to Jonker street. Best part is you can walk side of the river.

Cons:

Long queue for elevator.

the parking place was very hard to find
the room was smelly
the price room was overrated ...I paid more than rm300 I thought it was a studio... but it was just a normal hotel room
after i paid for the room, i saw the price has reduced...
very disappointed that you misled and misrepresentation.

Miserable check in.
Cons:

Check in direction was ambiguous.
Too many WhatsApp messages was sent at once, while I was still driving and couldn't read them.
The bathroom is smells of excrement. I sprayed a lot of perfume. After the perfume wear off, the smell is back. And, no matter how many days the stay, we gets only 3 bottles of small filter water. When I called the hotel for booking, I was given the rate that includes breakfast. I was told to book online, turned out it was without breakfast. Lastly, talking to AI.

So far bilik strategy. Sebab dapat dekat dengan lif. Bilik bersih..kemudahan bilik so far okeh. Boleh berfungsi. Siaran TV clear.

Cons:

Cuma part untuk pulang deposit je lambat. Sebab mana2 pergi hotel lepas keluar terus dapat deposit. Yang dia ni Hold kami punya deposit. keep say housekeeping tak check lagi. Kami semua kena bagitahu check out awal. Before 11am tau. Tapi deposit dapat almost 4jam baru refund. If you say. Nak stay dekat sini lagi. I prefer Swiss garden.
