Important information:

Starting from January 1, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is implemented for all foreign guests staying at the hotel. This tax is separate from the room rate and must be paid during check-in. However, Malaysian citizens with a valid Identity Card or valid permanent residents with MY PR Card are exempt from this tax. Additionally, a heritage charge is applicable per room per night, and this fee should be paid directly to the hotel.

Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel must register at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 car parks are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option) MYR 30 per adult and MYR 25 per child (5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation (breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for two guests only. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.

Room quite big for the price,adult swimming pole ok

Cons:

Room not so clean,toilet not privacy,not good for family with kids cause can see thru it even its a bit blur,kids pole unable to play,intercom for parking no body answer and end up have to pay on our own..

Cons:

We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff informed us that hotel guests would be charged RM10 for parking at Level 3A for the entire duration of the stay, with multiple entries and exits allowed.

Based on this information, we proceeded with the parking arrangement, and the hotel staff also validated our vehicle registration number in the system.

However, as reflected in our Touch ’n Go account, a total of RM90 was deducted, resulting in an apparent overcharge of RM80.

We immediately reported the issue to the hotel front desk. We were informed that the hotel would arrange for the full RM80 overcharged amount to be refunded to our Touch ’n Go account, and we were instructed to submit a report and complaint through the link provided by the hotel.

We followed the instructions provided by the hotel, but the process was unsuccessful and the overcharged amount has still not been refunded.

This is very disappointing, especially as we followed the hotel’s instructions and had already reported the issue to the front desk during our stay. We expect the hotel to take responsibility for resolving this matter and to provide proper assistance rather than directing guests to a complaint procedure that does not resolve the issue.

We kindly request that the RM80 overcharged amount be refunded in full to the Touch ‘n Go account, and that the hotel provide us with an update on the resolution as soon as possible.

Ni kali kedua saya repeat stay sini… lepas ni nak repeat lagi untuk kali3 In Shaa Allah… cuma xnak pergi time cuti sekolah dah, lift terlalu lama menunggu… breakfast byk pilihan makanan dan semja sedap-sedap… tempat pun banyak kalau nak jalan.. boleh naik water taxi, wonderpark, aquarium n floating market pun walking distance je… senang citer park car dekat hotel je n plan ur vacation…
