Staff hotel sangat baik dan sopan..sgt membantu dalam segala hal.. Bilik xsangka besar sangat, bersih. saya diberi bilik upgrade lagi. Then lg best memandangkn saya bwk mak yg berwheelchair, dpt reverse parking.. Segala kemudahan dlm bilik hotel amat memuaskan. Sangat recomended ya..

The room is clean and everything else is fine. The staff were cooperative and even offered the option to change rooms, but it was already late at night, so it wasn’t suitable to move. The staff are friendly, and the location is strategic and convenient to go anywhere. Overall, it’s okay, just that the air conditioner needs to be repaired

Cons:

Room 311’s air conditioner is running, but it’s not cooling at all. There’s barely any airflow, as if the temperature isn’t working. The fan seems to stop intermittently and needs to be turned back on repeatedly. Sleeping at night has been uncomfortable due to the heat, and I keep waking up because the air conditioner isn’t functioning properly.

Worth of money for location and the room.

Comfortable & close to the city
Pros:

Hotel of choice every time I go to Melaka because it's comfortable here & close to the city center. Reasonable price with accommodation but other things can be improved.

Cons:

Hopefully the hotel can improve its services by providing a cafe or self-service dining area with its facilities, so we have the choice of whether to eat at the provided place or in the room. Please clean the bathroom with bleach which can remove dirt.
