Rooms quality is great

Nous étions à Meerut pour un mariage. Pas beaucoup de choix d'hôtels.
La chambre supérieure était très bien, rien à redire.
La chambre normale est à éviter : très petite, humide et odeur de moisi, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.
On devait laisser la clé dans le système pour que le frigo fonctionne. Et comme ils ne voulaient pas donner un double (je pense qu'ils n'ont qu'une carte par chambre), on devait leur demander de nous ouvrir à chaque fois que nous allions dans notre chambre.
Le coffre fonctionne, ils vous donnent la clé.
Le petit déjeuner est indien uniquement. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver notre bonheur ne nous risquant pas aux plats présentés. Le service est très lent, en fait on demandait plus de pain, de beurre, de la confiture et du café, ils vous disent oui mais ils ne comprennaient pas et vous attendez, attendez, redemandez, attendez etc
Le service de pressing est irréprochable si ce n'est qu'il faut demander plusieurs fois pour qu'ils vous ramènent vos vêtements.
Problème de paiement car leur système n'accepte pas les cartes étrangères. Vous recevez 1 mail qq jours avant votre arrivée disant que votre carte est refusée et que si vous ne payez pas rapidement votre réservation sera annulée. Nous avons essayé d'autres cartes, même problème. Nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages demandant de garder notre réservation, ils sont restés sans réponse. A notre arrivée notre réservation nous attendait, ouf !

Amenities are good..but the service of your staff is not good...no.one attends the guest in a proper manner..no one is escorted in the room...we found the room alone on the floor to floor...this is not good

Can improve the upkeep of the property. Staff can be more professionally trained.
