Pros:

Очень дружелюбный персонал, чисто, каждый день была уборка в номере. Отличное расположение, хороший вид из окна. Большие номера, просторные. На завтраке блюда разные, они периодически меняются. Мы были 8 дней, но устать от еды не успели. Просто брали разные блюда каждый день. Но самое главное еще раз - это хорошие люди в отеле.

Cons:

Если будете жить в сезон на 4 этаже рядом с лестницей, то вечером может быть шумно, так как сверху терраса-бар. Если там люди собираются, то их слышно, и слышно, как двигаются стулья.

The room was nice, with enough space and very cozy bathroom with a deluxe shower. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty and with many choices. The view from our room was so magical and wonderful.
Nikoloz, the manager that always welcome you at the reception, is always full of good energy and positivity! He is always available to satisfy all the request immediately and always ready to help.

The hotel is beautifully located in the middle of a truly wild winter landscape, which makes the stay feel very special, especially in Mestia. The atmosphere inside is warm, cozy and inviting. What made the experience exceptional was the sense of togetherness: thanks to Nikolas, guests naturally came together, shared stories and enjoyed a wonderful evening in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It was a genuine experience of Georgian hospitality at its best — authentic, open and memorable.
