Pros:

Ciekawie położony obiekt. Generalnie (z małymi wyjątkami) miła i staranna obsługa kompleksu, który stanowią m.in. hotel Naturum i Gospoda 8 ryb. Na plus należy uznać protekcyjne (poza kolejnością) traktowanie gości hotelu Naturum w Gospodzie. Jednakże 7 marca i tak spędziliśmy tam, czekając na stolik oraz spożywając posiłek, godzinę i 40 minut. Wydaje się (na podstawie mojego wcześniejszego doświadczenia), że w weekendy jest to normą. Ogólnie wyposażenie obiektu zgodnie z opisem na booking.com. Monitorowany parking, winda, zestaw do parzenia herbaty w pokoju, minibar (w istocie minichłodziarka) z kilkoma artykułami, które można spokojnie wystawić i wykorzystać na schowanie produktów żywnościowych. Należy zwrócić uwagę, że hotel Naturum oferuje tylko śniadania. Nota bene: bardzo urozmaicone, bogate w ofertę rybną i zmienianą, co jest rzadkością w przypadku obiektów oferujących śniadania w formie bufetu. Obiady są serwowane w Gospodzie 8 Ryb, w menu której nie ma przekąsek, zimnej płyty itp. Więc o kolację każdy (jeżeli ma ochotę) musi zadbać sam. Nie postrzegam tego jako minus. Raz z powodu późnej pory obiadu (obiadokolacji) zrezygnowaliśmy z dodatkowego posiłku. Najbliższy sklep jest 5 km od Naturum. To nie jest krytyka, tylko informacja – wiedziałem o tym wcześniej, ale dla innych może to być niespodzianka. Wszystkie wyżej wymienione uwagi i spostrzeżenia rekompensują wspaniałe doznania z obcowania z przyrodą, a szczególnie jeżeli ktoś przemoże się i wstanie przed świtem, by poznać, zobaczyć, usłyszeć ptasi raj budzący się do aktywności.

Cons:

Temperatura wody w jacuzzi 31,5 °C. W obiektach publicznych zakres wynosi zwykle 34–40 °C. Najczęściej jest to temperatura w zakresie 35–37 °C. Na moją uwagę zgłoszoną na recepcji, że ta temperatura jest moim zdaniem za niska, otrzymałem odpowiedź: Trudno zadowolić wszystkich gości. Nie prosiłem pani recepcjonistki o zadowolenie mnie. Jeżeli ktoś chce korzystać z jacuzzi w tym obiekcie, zwłaszcza po seansie w saunie – serdecznie odradzam. Poza tym brak ciepłej wody jednego poranka. W nocy też o nią trudno. Jeżeli przed świtem mam ochotę wybrać się na obserwację ptaków, chcę też wziąć prysznic.
W pokoju powszechny problem braku wystarczającej liczby haczyków (wieszaków) na szlafroki, ręczniki czy odzież wierzchnią. Wąska szafa z 6-cioma wieszakami, z jedną górną półką. Mały stolik mieszczący lampkę i telefon bez możliwości położenia laptopa, co w obecnych czasach nie jest chyba zbyt wygórowaną fanaberią. Wyposażenie pokoju jest prawdopodobnie determinowane użyciem wynajmu parodniowego, może wręcz weekendowego.
Podczas pobytu weekendowego 7-8 marca WiFi dostało zadyszki.

Ciekawy kompleks hotelowo-restauracyjny pośród stawów. Dobra okolica na spacer, bieganie czy rower. Hotel trzyma standard, śniadanie dobre i różnorodne.

Cons:

Ściany jakby cienkie, słychać jak sąsiedzi komentują serial telewizyjny.
