The hotel have a very good location ( yes and no - will explain later ) , a lots of restaurants and shops around , scooter hire , very close to the nice and clean beach. The area is very safe.
The room was very big and very clean . Fridge worked , floors very clean . Bedding and towels very fragrant , fresh , always changed. The room service and staff in hotel very nice and helpful.
The next one to this property is very noisy Resort Mango Beach . The local people who come there by coaches are quiet and nice but V E R Y loud music was played there , from 8.50 am ( ! ) up to late evening . It was very tiring even for someone like me who likes clubs... I will add a very loud slide made of plastic brushes to this ( attached on the picture ) . Be honest , I didn't rest at hotel...

Extremely noisy, there is loud music played right next to this hotel from an event until 10pm every night we were here. This was failed to be mentioned!
The owners were all really friendly and welcoming, renting motorbikes was easy with the hotel, good cleanliness. Nice location with lots to do along the road!
The staff were super nice and accommodating.
The room is in a large structure that has paper thin walls. It’s usually quite loud and the wifi isn’t very reliable. The bathroom dries quickly but the room overall is quite moist due to its location.
The owners were so kind and friendly, always there to help you out with any questions you’ve got. One day I came back from a little adventure in Mui Ne and the lady who owns this home stay invited me to sit with here and shared her fresh fruit with me. We had a lovely conversation through google translate. Everything was very clean (room got cleaned daily).
From here it is only like a 3min walk to the beach and 10min to the fairy stream. All of this for a very low price. I highly recommend staying here!
I’ve read many ratings which stated that the beds are very comfortable. I have to be honest - mine was pretty hard. I want you to keep in mind that this might be because of cultural differences. I know that people in Vietnam prefer harder mattresses. The owner stated that they do get many guests from Vietnam so it only makes sense. It’s nothing I would ever complain about, just wanted to be transparent if you’ve got any back issues. But as the other ratings stated they might have more soft bedding available. So if this is a topic of concern to you, maybe just contact the accommodation beforehand.

The Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. You could see the beach from the window.
Bed was a but hard. There wasn't much info about local things to do or tours etc.
Kindness of the owners, nice welcoming. Located in a good place where it is easy to go everywhere with a scooter. Help us if we have question or need help. Clean and good bed. Renting at hostel.
