most convenient location for our work. simple, economic facility. availability of car parking was very helpful. very helpful-friendly staff.

Cons:

noise level. some guests arriving at odd hours and making noise. this is a prennial problem and the administration needs to address this delicate issue.

Discovering Mumbai
Pros:

The hotel has excellent location for going around old Mumbai, right in the middle of the colonial part. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Helpful personnel, there was a locked room for our baggage until checkin time.

Cons:

We asked for separate beds, but got a double bed. The bed was too hard for my taste. Had to be careful with opening windows due to mosqitoes.

The favorite part of my stay was the interaction with other guests at dinner and breakfast.
Pros:

This place is exceptional and for a great price. The location is excellent with all you could want close by: museums, galleries, restaurants, theater, shopping. Super helpful staff. Simple but very comfortable rooms.

Clean.Good Breakfast and Dinner.The Morning Bed Tea. The table and multiple small desks for storage.The large mirror.The quite functional TV and AC. Well maintained Dining Room, Lounge and Reception area. Many of the staff were exceptional and very helpful. Check in and check out was very efficient and smooth.Reception desk staff to confirm booking and on the night before arrival was very prompt ,warm, welcoming and resourceful.
Great Location to access city landmarks and for travel connectivity. Great views from Room in upper floor.Round the clock security.

Cons:

A cupboard which was not cleaned, had clothes left from previous stay.Unusable to keep my clothes as it was damp with a very musky smell.
Rusty door latches and windows that could not be closed.

Good stay, overall maintenance needs to improve
Cons:

The AC remote was not working. The geyser had tripped. These kind of things if they could be taken care it would make the experience better. Keeping soap in each room instead of it being requested would be great too!

Pros:

Considering the price, it was very good. Great location in Colaba, very close to some of the most iconic attractions in Mumbai.

Breakfast and dinner were vary and good.

The staff was generally very friendly and tried their best to help

Cons:

Old facilities, in need of some maintenance /renovation
