Simply Appalling.
Pros:

Floor in room clean, bed linen looked clean BUT... the inner quilt was soiled.

Cons:

Very tiny & hot reception & stair wells. Photos grossly misguided. Room windows disgustingly dirty, tiles off wall, bed lights hanging off & not working, tv needs expert to work as controls not accessible at rear between wall. No dining room, breakfast ordered for 8am in room, arrived 8.30am too late as exit taxi here. Need refund. No food available on arrival, we are pensioners & had to walk a distance for food. No manager available morning... til 10am is not good enough when staff cannot speak English or resolve problems. Room was mosquito haven, we were bitten all over through the night... been India 15 years never had it so bad! Noisy domestic tourists in next rooms, no sleep. Asked for help with luggage from floor 3. Staff didn't come, we struggled ourselves & I cut my finger. This hotel is appalling.... don't risk it at all... plenty of others in Mumbai to choose from !

The staff didn't provide breakfast on time even after reminding 1 hour prior. Morning staff behavior could have been much better. They didn't bother about the request.

Close to airport
Pros:

Very close to international airport and to good restaurants. Bed was good! But don’t expect too much. One night stay before going to the airport is okey but otherwise I would not choose this hotel.

I shall like to forget it at the earliest.

Location and smooth chek-in.

Cons:

Except for the location, nothing is right at this property. We were in the hotel for just four hours while transiting. No lift. No intercom. So, for the smallest of things, one has to take the stairs to get to the reception.
