Cons:

Inadequate lightening. Resturant is poor, after eating from the resturant (lunch), i got diarrhoea, so my whole trip got cancelled.

Fake published on social media and I lost my money. During 2 days 55 time power going and coming. Loss of money. Booking app is pathetic as there is no proper customer relationship. I WAS thinking to change the hotel, but paid full amount and booking app doe's not have number or email to update. I will never ever book through you. I am filing case against the hotel to consumer court. Nothing like on hotel. Bathroom doors and bed bugs...so nothing to say good.

Gute, aber verkehrsreiche Lage, zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes Essen
Pros:

Die Lage ist zwar sehr gut, wenn man kurz noch in der Stadt was anschauen oder besorgen möchte, allerdings ist der Verkehr vor dem Hotel sehr stark gewesen während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Das Personal war absolut zuvorkommend und hat sich wirklich bestens um alle unsere Nachfragen gekümmert, von Taxi bis zu Kontakten wegen möglicher Hikingtouren.

Cons:

Sehr häufige Stromausfälle, an die man sich aber mit der Zeit gewöhnt,
Verkehrszeichen Lage, Autos haben sich direkt vor dem Hotel/Zimmer den Berg hupen runtergequält

Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

I had a decent stay overall, with some positives as well as areas that could be improved.

The food was tasty, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is also convenient, with shops and other essentials within walking distance.

However, I faced a few issues during my stay. There was a noticeable bad smell in the room, so I requested a room change, but unfortunately, the same issue was present in the second room as well. The towels also did not seem properly cleaned; they appeared to have been folded and kept without being fresh.

I was also staying with a baby, and I found the milk pricing and quantity quite disappointing. A 250 ml bottle cost around ₹330 including GST for a single serving. The quantity provided in a small flask was not sufficient, and even when I requested a little extra, I was charged for another full bottle. Considering the buffet itself costs around ₹300 per person, being charged ₹330 for just 250 ml of milk felt quite expensive.

Overall, the stay was okay, and the food, staff behaviour, and convenient location were positives. However, room cleanliness, smell, and the pricing/availability of milk for families travelling with babies are areas I feel the hotel could improve.

Reasonable stay with great staff and good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good. Staff were good and very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms did not have an AC. Munnar does not get very cold nowadays and so this is a necessity. With no AC, it is a must that the windows should have mosquito netting for proper and much needed ventilation. The bathroom door was really dirty.
