Belle situation, au calme , bien isolé côté ville un peu moins du couloir !
Tres propre, personnel aux petits soins, repas et petits déjeuner. Bar lounge dans l'hôtel agréable

Nice , clean and fresh reception area. Staff were welcoming.
Breakfast options were very reasonable for the price.

Cons:

View from the room was just into a grass bank. Walls in the bedroom had lots of marks on it - made it feel a little unkept (but it wasn’t)

Munnar it self an excellent place to visit.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Only drawback was that there was not enough selection. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

More selection of food would have been better.

Awesome stay (but not child friendly)
Pros:

1.The location is superb,right in the middle of the main market. 2.neat and clean hotel
3.. Big rooms, comfortable beds.

Cons:

1.Expensive food and other services(i.e. cab booking through hotel)
2. Room lighting can be improved.
3. No charging point besides the bed.

We were travelling with our 2 year old toddler. Hence we requested them to boil the milk which we purchased from the outside. They straightaway refused saying outside food is not allowed in the kitchen. We had to buy the milk from them (165 ₹/ cup which is too expensive)

Pros:
