Szuper hely. 10/10 mindenben.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen található. Városközpont, mégis csendes. A szállás még jobb is, mint amire számítottunk. Extra kedves személyzet: a mindig mosolygó portás, a mindenben segítő és mindent elintéző recepció, a vezetés, a reggelinél a felszolgálók. A reggeli változatos és szuper ízletes. Igazi indiai. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!!! Európában is megállná a helyét. Csak így tovább!

A comfortable stay overall, but marred by poor room readiness and minor maintenance issues.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, and I found the staff to be polite and helpful.

However, my initial experience was not pleasant. The room first allocated to me had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told that no alternative rooms were available. I made it clear that I would not be able to stay in that room. After some hesitation, the staff eventually arranged a different room.

Given that the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy, it was disappointing that this issue was not identified and addressed beforehand. Ideally, housekeeping should have reported it and ensured the room was properly aired out before assigning it to a guest.

The replacement room was better, but it had visible marks on the walls, which affected the overall appearance. This is something I’ve not typically encountered in other hotel chains, and it seems like an easy issue to fix with basic maintenance.

On a positive note, the bathroom was clean, and the shower was good. However, the bathroom shelf was not properly secured, causing the soap to fall repeatedly.

Overall, while there are positives, a bit more attention to room readiness and maintenance would significantly improve the guest experience.

Super hôtel proche du centre ville, facile d'accès à pieds, chambre très bien équipée et propre.
Literie confortable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié ( occidental et keralian) , restaurant excellent.

Breakfast options were very reasonable for the price.

Cons:

View from the room was just into a grass bank. Walls in the bedroom had lots of marks on it - made it feel a little unkept (but it wasn’t)

Munnar it self an excellent place to visit.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Only drawback was that there was not enough selection. Staff were excellent.

More selection of food would have been better.
