Pros:

Breakfast was good, had many buffet options

Cons:

The lobby and all hallways on every floor were filled with excessively loud music from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It was ALWAYS just Tokyo Chill. It was incredibly annoying. Making phone calls in the lobby was impossible, for example. Even communicating with the reception staff was sometimes very difficult because of the loud music.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with a comfortable room and professional, friendly staff. We felt very welcome during our stay. The restaurant offers excellent food for both dinner and breakfast. Great price–quality ratio.

Overall its a good and clean place to stay, relax and enjoy however need improvement for the food.
Pros:

I did like the rooms as it brought a cosy vibe which was suitable for the place and weather. The staff was great and patient always greeted us with a smile and the ambience was nice as well.

Cons:

I think what could improve is the food, the food was quite salty and I think they could have more options. The choice was western dishes wasn't the best. It would be better to add more south indian cuisine as it was alittle better. My only fav food there was the pasta the rest needs of the dishes really needs some improvement.

Well run hotel, excellent location, reasonably priced.
Pros:

Location is very good - it is a short walking distance from the city center, but still it is quiet. The breakfast is also very good - lot's of options to choose from.

Cons:

We did not like that before we left, we had to call for somebody to check that we did not use the bar in the room.. Wouldn't it be better not to have the bar at all??

אהבתי את המיקום, את הניקיון, הצוות היה נחמד מאד. היה פאב במלון אז בערב ישבנו ושתינו ומוזיקה טובה. המיטה היתה אחת הנוחות שישנתי בהן בטיול.

Cons:

את המסעדה בארוחת ערב- יקר, לא טעים. הזמנו דג יקר והוא היה ממש גרוע. מרק תירס גרוע. לא ממליצה. בעיר למטה יש מסעדות מעולות וזולות.
