Beautiful location, wonderful views, and excellent staff. It’s located right next to so many shops and restaurants.
The people and breakfast was great.
The room that we were assigned to needed a little work. The bed needed a new mattress because it was lumpy and we couldn't get any sleep.

Nice view. Quiet location. Newer building.
Rooms felt and smelled damp. Beds were not comfortable, felt like there were towels under the sheets but it was the mattress protector. There was a damp rid container by the bed that was full of water.
It has a continental type set up right in the lobby area. Not much to choose from so I just had some orange Juice and Coffee. To many people fighting over the same stuff.
The rooms smelt musky and the AC didn't work very well. It was like they had water damage in the building and the rooms didn't get aired out properly. The wood cap over the concrete floor in our room was loose and bounce up and down when you walked across it. We have stayed at this property before and without issue. This time lots of problems.
At 2am a car came in with music blaring at full blast with NO consideration for anyone, it woke up me and my wife and we didn't sleep well the rest of the night. The hotel should do something to prevent this, but I am not sure what you do?
Great staff and Amazing clean rooms
Very welcoming, accommodating, cleanness, and room was comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will continue ti do so when we are in the area.
The mattress had a bit of a slope at the head of the bed.
Maybe time to flip the mattress. I discovered as I was going to shower the following morning you could not turn the shower on as the handle on the spicket was gone. Do not know how they cleaned the tub prior with no water. I skipped the shower of course. I reported the situation to the front desk clerk who deducted 20 percent off my bill.
The scenery was beautiful, better than casino up the road.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was good , even though there's no meat served with breakfast lol . I like the hotel it was nice and the staff was cool . Plus the hotel is literally walking distance to the casino.
I didn't like the fact that the pillows are beyond worn out. And the beds have been laid on so much its sinking in. And they could do better with the toilet compressors , because the toilets dont flush well .
