Very disappointing experience.
When I arrived, there was no one at the reception and I had to wait a long time to check in. After paying, the receptionist told me he would return my change later, but I never received it.

When I entered the room, it was extremely dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. I went back to complain, and the staff member asked me what I wanted to do instead of solving the problem. I left the hotel for about an hour and a half, and when I returned, nothing had been done. The room was still dirty, with the same bad smell.

There was only one towel, and it was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty, the room hygiene was very poor, and the smell was unbearable. Overall, the cleanliness level was completely unacceptable.

We had agreed on a late check-out, and I was told it was not a problem. However, about 30 minutes before I was supposed to leave, a staff member entered my room without knocking, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

At check-out, when I asked again for my change, the staff at reception said they didn’t know anything about it.

Honestly, this hotel is of a very low standard in terms of cleanliness, service, and professionalism. I do not recommend it at all.
