Despite of selecting the required bed options got single separate beds. No telephone directory, No hair dryer and post calling you need to wait 30-40 minutes.

The heated pool was well enjoyed by the kids, the cold mezze by the pool were delicious, breakfast was nice enough! We were upgraded ro tbe royal suite, which was a lovely gesture. But…

Cons:

Not sure if it’s booking.com s fault or the radisson but when booking a room for a family of 4, no matter what you called the room is should included enough beds. We had a double bed and nothing else. We had to call and ask for beds for the kids. A small 1 was brought up(where u could feel all the springs it was horribly uncomfortable…), so had to call again to ask for another one as we have two kids. Which came over 1h later after calling 3 times. We were told that beds were normally chargeable, what.?.?.?.?.??.
And the reason why we didn’t sleep, the NOISE from that highway is just ridiculous, you keep wondering if there is a window open as it’s so loud…
The staff all seemed very young and undertrained, and didn’t speak much English…
