Hotel de charme à Mysore
Pros:

Bel ensemble formé par le palais, les jardins et le restaurant.Ambiance Old India, l'ensemble dégage beaucoup de charme et la cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse.

Cons:

Les chambres situées dans une annexe face au jardin ne sont pas suffisamment isolées du bruit de la circulation routière de l'avenue à proximité.

We felt very welcome, the staff were attentive and the Cafe is amazing

Helpful, clean, kind.
Pros:

I love this place. The staff are wonderful and the building is beautiful.

Special recognition to ShivaShankar who is the best rickshaw driver. He is always punctual, safe, kind and a pleasure to know. If you need to go anywhere or help with anything he is brilliant.

The best place to stay.
Pros:

The staff are wonderful, the building is beautiful. This is in my opinion the best hotel in Mysore. I recommend it fully and wholeheartedly.

Pros:

Unkomplizierter Wechsel in ein leiseres Zimmer war möglich. Unbedingt im Haupthaus buchen, z.B. Rose Room. Gartenhaus ist wegen der Straße leider nachts etwas laut. Nettes Café und Restaurant.

Lovely staff in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Despite the road noise, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and has been very well brought back to life.
There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, so it didn’t matter too much that the hotel is not in the city centre. It was equally interesting to discover the residential area.

Location was good.
Ambience surrounding the property was good.
Accessibility to local places and on-site food and beverages was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was a mess. They were supposed to start at 8 AM, but we waited until 8:35 and it still wasn't ready. Once it finally was, our group barely got one round of food before it was gone, and we had to wait again. They even charged us extra for coffee because we ordered it before the buffet was open, but we only did that because the buffet wasn't open past 8 AM! No water bottles in the room either. I get that water isn't free, but every other hotel I've stayed at gives at least two complimentary bottles a day, which is pretty pathetic considering the rooms cost us almost 4.3K a night. The bed sheets were super thin, and it was freezing, plus the fan was stuck on super fast. We even had mosquitos in the room even with the doors closed, so we needed the fan on. Our land phone was broken, so we couldn't even call reception, and it's a pretty long walk. Housekeeping didn't even come after we told the front desk, and when we complained the next day, they said all the staff was busy with a wedding. I don't think that's a good excuse, we're guests too and they should still take care of us.

Memorable place showing glory of days gone by
Pros:

A heritage house with lots of charm and history. Very lovingly furnished and decorated with antiques and historic items. Lovely coffee shop. Very nice location to sit in the garden and have a drink

Cons:

The bathroom fittings were not the newest and warm water took a long time until it reached the tap. From the room the sounds from people in the hall and stairs were very loud

We really loved out stay at the Green Hotel.
Pros:

The main property is exceptionally beautiful, ancient and as well kept as possible. There’s a big effort of some passionate people behind to maintain this historical building. We owe them our great respect.

Cons:

Though set back from the road by the garden, the property is on an important motorway and hence noisy 24/24.
Otherwise nothing concerning the property itself.
