Great hotel and very kind staff
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located and the facilities are really good. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind; they will really make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Highly enjoyable.
Pros:

Sandra, the landlady was exceptional. Couldn't do enough. Our favourite landlady after over 30 years of travelling.

Pros:

Nahe vom Bahnhof, sehr familiäres Hotel mit einer Super Gastgeberin. Sandra war phänomenal, wusste immer Rat und war sehr herzlich. Die Ausstattung retro aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstück von lokalen Bauern nicht gerade billig, dafür alles frisch und appetittlich!

Cons:

Die Treppen, aber Sandra hat unsere Koffer rauf u runtergeschleppt!

High recommend for a short stay.
Pros:

The room is clean and cosy. It has everything I need. Very convenient for travelling. Just 5min walk to train/bus station.

An absolute delight to stay here. Exceptional host, central location.
Pros:

This is a gem of a property which you could easily miss from outside. Inside you are welcomed by the friendliest and most accommodating host, Sandra. Instantly you are welcomed into a family. Nothing is too much trouble.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy with personal touches adding charm and warmth.

Breakfast was delicious & wholesome with the choice of local produce such as butter, jams, bread, honey all brought in daily to order. Hotel is very keen to support local Welsh farmers and suppliers whilst maintaining sustainability.

Cons:

Only very slight niggle was that the unprecedented hot weather made it necessary to sleep with windows wide open. General hustle and bustle of street could be heard in our room, located at the front. Sound was reduced to nothing with windows closed.

Family owned and you can tell how much love is put into each room. Exceptionally clean. Our host Sandra gave us the warmest welcome and was very responsive to all our questions and needs

The owner, Sandra, was the perfect host. So helpful and cheery. Her breakfasts were amazing! The hotel was a fantastic location, next to Bangor train station & bus routes.
