Not wort for the money
Pros:

The SPA was decent, location was great(close to old town), 5-7 by foot to gondola
The Break feast was good

Cons:

1. the Staff barely speak English
2. the Ski equipment room was not heated and the boots were not drying because heat on the pipes doesn't exists
3. Old furniture on the rooms, the pictures from twin room on the booking doesn't reflect the current situation
4. the beds basically were made from 2 matresses, no head boards on the "beds"
5. The Breakfast needs to be improved and work on diversity and not adding the same breakfast for each day
6. My friends were freezing on their room on 3rd floor as the heating was not working and on all 4 nights they were freezing on their beds and had to sleep on with their termic clothes and hats
7. No Bar available on the hotel to get a drink( beer, wine etc)
8. for the 4 nights 600Euro not wort it

Pros:

Locația, faci aprox 10 minte pana la gondola încălțat in clăpari.
Cafeaua
SPA acceptabil ( doar partea de interior )
Curățenie (zilnic)

Cons:

Am primit camera la etajul 3 ( mansarda ). A fost mai cald pe hol(comun) decât in camera, aspect menționat in 2 / 4 nopți, fara nicio schimbare.
Mic dejun satisfăcător ( la fel in proporție de 95%), majoritatea reci, fac referire la.zona calda
Parcarea este disponibila in garaj, însă så nu ai SUV sau portbagaj pe mașină, ca nu încape. Noi am primit o parcare la stradă, o artera îngustă.
Lipsa bar ( pe ușa e menționat mesajul ca daca aduci băuturi din exterior primești " amenda" 100Eur, însă nu a fost așa). Nu văd sensul mesajului daca nu ai disponibil un bar.
Camera de ski( fara încălzire si amenajata necorespunzător) este in garaj, la subsol, cu acces pe rampa înclinată, greu accesibila in/out.

Odalarin sicakligi idealdi. Rahat uyuduk ve iyi dinlenebildik. Kahvalti guzeldi. Kahvesi guzeldi.

Cons:

Gece yolda rezervasyon yapmistik ve onay almistik. Ama otele gittigimizde bundan haberleri yoktu ve hatta oda yok dediler once. Yorgunluktan bayilmak uzereyken boyle cevap almamiz hos olmadi.

Location. Breakfast. Overall big and good value.

Cons:

Lack of continues standard. No coffee in the room until I ask, no spoon. Hair dryer doesn't work. You cannot control the temperature . Jacuzzi was not activated

בסך הכל מלון ששווה להגיע אליו , נהננו מאוד
Pros:

מלון בוטיק נקי מסודר ויפה נוח מאוד עם בריכה מחוממת וספה מעולה , אווירה ביתית , כמעט ולא הרגשנו את האורחים הנוספים שהיו במלון וזה נהדר
