Odalarin sicakligi idealdi. Rahat uyuduk ve iyi dinlenebildik. Kahvalti guzeldi. Kahvesi guzeldi.

Cons:

Gece yolda rezervasyon yapmistik ve onay almistik. Ama otele gittigimizde bundan haberleri yoktu ve hatta oda yok dediler once. Yorgunluktan bayilmak uzereyken boyle cevap almamiz hos olmadi.

Lack of continues standard. No coffee in the room until I ask, no spoon. Hair dryer doesn't work. You cannot control the temperature . Jacuzzi was not activated

מלון בוטיק נקי מסודר ויפה נוח מאוד עם בריכה מחוממת וספה מעולה , אווירה ביתית , כמעט ולא הרגשנו את האורחים הנוספים שהיו במלון וזה נהדר

Totul a fost excelent: locație centrală, camere spațioase și curate, mic dejun bogat și personal extrem de amabil.
Pros:

Locația hotelului este excelentă, foarte centrală. Hotelul a fost peste așteptări: micul dejun extrem de bogat și de calitate, iar personalul foarte amabil și atent. Camera a fost foarte spațioasă, dotată cu două paturi mari și o canapea. Curățenia se făcea zilnic, cu schimbarea prosoapelor și a halatelor, ceea ce a fost un mare plus.
Piscina și saunele au fost foarte bine întreținute și ne-au plăcut mult. Pe viitor, ar fi minunat dacă s-ar putea servi și prânzul sau cina.
Am întâmpinat o mică problemă cu parcarea, deoarece aveam suporți de schi pe mașină și nu am putut intra în parcarea subterană, însă personalul hotelului ne-a ajutat imediat și ne-a găsit un loc de parcare pe strada din spatele hotelului.
Per total, personalul a fost extrem de amabil și de ajutor, iar experiența noastră a fost una foarte plăcută.

Cons:

Pe viitor, ar fi minunat dacă s-ar putea servi și prânzul sau cina.

Pros:

Bella struttura con camera ampia, pulita, confortevole e con balconcino vista montagne. Vicina alle piste e alla via principale con i negozi. Spa grande e pulita.

Cons:

Unica cosa da migliorare: la colazione era praticamente solo salata, poco dolce.
