Friendly stay but usual hotel service lacking.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and warm and there was a reliable shuttle system as advertised.

Cons:

During my 4 night stay there was no room service which I found very strange. The room didn’t have a bin and there was no bathroom hand soap provided, so I ended up buying a bottle myself.

I really enjoyed my stay, staff were very nice and the place was very cozy.
Pros:

The location was close to the city centre and the gondola even by walk (15-20 minutes). The free shuttle service running until 10am was great.

Cons:

There were not a lot of vegan/vegetarian food options for breakfast.

A nice and friendly stay in Bansko
Pros:

I enjoyed the the big bed and plenty of closet space as well as the free daily shuttle to the gondola and back. The small fridge was also a nice addition that helped to store food bought from the markets. A big thank you to the friendly and helpful staff ☺️ They prepared my room and left the key for me even though with my late arrival the reception was already closed 🙏 Definitely a value for your money and a high recommendation 👍 I would most certainly visit Velinov Boutique Hotel again 😊

Cons:

The cleaning / making up the room was done superficially, only emptying of trash and adding of toilet paper. A change of towels and making up the bed would have been nice 🤔
