Pros:

Un hôtel confortable, la gérante est une femme exceptionnelle, elle sait résoudre tous les soucis pour que nous passions le meilleur séjour. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel.

Pros:

Отдыхали вчетвером. Номер комфортный, просторный, кровати удобные, постельное и полотенца идеальные. Месторасположение очень удобное, пешком 15-20 мин до достопримечательностей и набережной и прогулки по атмосферным старым улочкам с очень интересной архитектурой. В отеле посоветовали два кафе одно через пару домов на этой же улице, одно напротив, очень все вкусно и красивое оформление внутри. Рядом все есть продуктовый магазин Саар, фруктовые киоски, аптека. Буду рекомендовать

Ванса прекрасно говорит по-русски. Нам всё очень понравилось!
Доступность к пивзаводу и рынку Бони - пешая прогулка 15-25 минут.

Pros:

The place was good value for money! You have a room with everything you need and an outside area downstairs if you want to chill or smoke. You also have a kitchen if you need to cook or something.
The lady was nice, she doesn't speak English but is very helpful.

Cons:

Overall it was OK for a couple of nights but wouldn't stay any longer. We wanted to relax but your room shares kitchen with another room and it's like you are at home with your family while someone is making noise in the kitchen, so we couldn't sleep past 9. We didn't know about this.
The shower pressure could be better as well.

The hotel was as apartment style, so there was small kitchen.Near was many restaurants and markets.Situated heart of city.

The location of the hotel is good, nearby shops and beach

Cons:

The staff hardly speaks or writes English (letters came in Georgian!), which makes it difficult to communicate in general. The room smelled strongly of sewage and the neighbors were quite noisy. Difficult to stay with family. The bed was clean enough. there are very few dishes in the kitchen (few cups and plates, no wine glasses or corkscrew). Parking space for 2 cars only.
