The people sitting in front office reception doesn't know how to smile
Pros:

The breakfast spread was very less when compared to hotels in the similar range. The Pongal which was served seems to be made of previous days leftover rice mixed with Dal curry.....!!

Cons:

The hotel didn't give me the invoice. They informed me that the invoice will be given by Booking.com. But till now I didn't receive the invoice from Booking.com. Also I have no idea whom to contact at Booking.com.
I will never refer Booking.com to anyone or utilize the service of Booking.com in future

Smart, modern hotel with good facilities.
Pros:

Modern, clean, friendly hotel, with great staff and good facilities. Rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel is in two buildings with connections between them. Not always obvious how to get from one to the other.
Also, a little way out of the centre of town.
